Hace 40 años en la “exótica” Argentina, se recuperaba la democracia luego de 7 de gobierno militar, asumiendo el 10 de diciembre de 1983 como presidente RAÚL ALFÓNSÍN (f), considerado por muchos “el padre de la democracia”. Su exitoso lema de campaña fue: “CON LA DEMOCRACIA SE VOTA, SE COME, SE CURA Y SE EDUCA”, ¡una maravilla!más fácil imposible ¿Cómo no se habían dado cuenta todos sus antecesores? Demás está decir que el 8 de julio de 1989, debido al caos social reinante, con muertes y saqueos masivos a supermercados y comercios, tuvo que entregar el gobierno previo llamar a elecciones anticipadas, cuando la inflación había llegado al 200 % MENSUAL. Luego vinieron otros gobiernos, siempre en democracia, con frecuentes crisis a diestra y siniestra, al punto que, en el año 2001, en 11 días tuvimos 5 presidentes distintos. Al mismo tiempo entre ruidosos y entusiastas aplausos de los “honorables” miembros del poder legislativo, se decidió dejar de pagar al mundo la abultada deuda externa existente. Vaya ambiciosa pretensión de los acreedores, entre ellos jubilados ahorristas italianos que muy enojados querían nada menos que la devolución de su dinero. Finalmente, el año 2023 nos encontró una vez más al borde del precipicio, con un índice de pobreza superior al 50% cuando en 1983 había sido de un calamitoso 19 %, mientras los políticos en mayoría corruptos o ineptos, se habían transformado en supermillonarios. Por supuesto, gracias a la impunidad y complicidad que les aportara la justicia. Así hoy el poder judicial, como nunca en la historia, goza en la población de un 80 % de desprestigio. Paralelamente las fuerzas de los uniformados fueron vaciadas de misticismo y autoridad quedando al borde la extinción. La delincuencia motorizada por el narcotráfico, apadrinado en no pocas ocasiones por jueces, políticos, y policías ganó las calles, devaluándose la vida de la gente de bien ya que cualquiera está expuesto a morir en forma violenta a toda hora del día, inclusive por un simple teléfono celular. Desde los comienzos de este periodo democrático, volvieron del exilio no pocos terroristas que en los años 60 y 70 mataban hombres, mujeres y niños, y que gracias a la indiferencia y “olvido” de la sociedad, vilmente mutaron en “jóvenes idealistas”. Así a ellos, o a sus familiares, como “víctimas de la represión de estado” de los 70 se los indemnizó, se le levantaron fastuosos monumentos y sitios de la memoria, a lo largo y ancho del país, y por supuesto, se les dieron privilegiados cargos estatales con libre acceso a los medios de difusión. También se impusieron en el deteriorado sistema educativo relatos apológicos de los guerrilleros que en el pasado habían sembrado con muerte, dolor y sangre las calles argentinas. Ahora quienes se exilian, obligados a abandonar el terruño al que de verdad aman, son otros jóvenes. Son aquellos, que, impulsados por las ganas de trabajar y progresar honestamente, no tienen cabida en estas latitudes. La lista de desaguisados cometidos durante este trágico, corto e injusto ciclo de nuestra historia sería muy extensa de enumerar, por ello para abreviar los invitamos a ver el video que acompaña esta nota, de tan solo un minuto y medio, en el que ante una dramática disyuntiva nos ilustra como éramos hace tan solo 40 años, y como somos hoy entre vivas, libertades y carajos. Si buscamos a los responsables de la decadencia que descarnadamente nos muestra, los podemos hallar fácilmente… solo tenemos que pararnos frente a un espejo y mirarnos a los ojos.

Crime should never come without a punishment, but that is not entirely why we imprison people. We want to remove those dangerous individuals from the remaining society to rise the feel of security in the remaining population and to give some form of retaliation for the victim or the victims’ families. You cannot consider the well being of the criminals more than the victims’ right and well being

There’s a fundamental and significant difference between tough on crime, soft on crime, and outright refusing to prosecute and releasing violent criminals. Some are good and decent individuals, and some are pedophile apologists like our newest supreme court justice. Some have some kind of moral foundation, and some cheer and applaud as violent criminals terrorized the entire country for over a year straight. Some individuals are capable of genuine empathy and compassion, and some support what democrats are doing. An individual can choose to support our fundamental American values and principles, we can choose to espouse and display actual morality, or they can choose to support democrats. And no one needs to hear about crime or violence or anything of the sort from DC mayor Bowser, who said when thousands of violent individuals were setting a guard shack on fire at the capitol and trying to burn a church down and throwing bricks and Molotov cocktails and breaking into and vandalizing senate offices and beating and murdering that “we have to give them room to destroy”. Anyone, especially a sworn public servant with a legal duty to enforce the law, that publicly and proudly perpetrates an abdication or dereliction of duty, is someone we should not only ignore the virtue signaling from but should also be immediately removed from office. So, when mayor Bowser virtue signals about the violence in that city for a few hours on one day, she and everyone else should be reminded of the violence the allowed and even supported in every other city across the entire country on every other day. If democrats care about the well-being and lives of individuals, they will immediately condemn all violence in every city on every day… but they won’t because they’re too busy being obsessed and consumed with virtue signaling instead of genuine virtue.

The phrase “tough on crime” isn’t enough.. “Tough on crime when its fitting” is what we need to be doing. Context awareness tells me that there can be situations where people break laws.. for good reason.. we need to be nice to them.. and people that’s been done wrong.. but if you 100 percent got red handed caught or we know for sure you did it.. the gloves should come off.. all the way.

Simple solution. We must stop using money and leave the system. Ignore all leaders and barter, share, and gift all resources. Stop using banks and using products that destroy the planet.
This reminds me of the book “Crime of Impunity, Crime of Punishment” by Joe Kaye.

How about holding the highest officers in a corporation personally responsible (ie, hard jail time) for all crimes committed on their watch? After all, they made these stupid soft laws, and they get paid fortunes for doing the job.
