Seis hospitales en Delhi se han quedado sin oxígeno médico líquido debido a que los hospitales del norte de India enfrentan escasez en medio de un aumento del coronavirus.
En una carta abierta redactada por el viceministro principal de Delhi, Manish Sisodia, pidió al ministro de Salud de la Unión, Harsh Vardhan, que interviniera y ayudara a llevar oxígeno a los hospitales que se han agotado.

Dijo que Delhi no estaba obteniendo su cuota completa de oxígeno de una instalación en Haryana y está causando una escasez masiva.
La falta de oxígeno significa que los hospitales no pueden ayudar a tratar a las personas que están gravemente enfermas con COVID-19.
India informó ayer más de 314.000 casos de COVID-19 en 24 horas, la mayor cantidad jamás registrada por un solo país.
