Intercambiaremos ideas con los profesionales que más han estudiado esta temática y que han propuesto posibles reformas a la legislación actual. El público podrá hacer preguntas y/o manifestar inquietudes.
Título:“LEY DE SALUD MENTAL: El desmantelamiento de la protección ciudadana”
Los oradores del encuentro serán los siguientes:
–Dr. André S. Blake: Ex Director Nacional de Salud Mental. Especialista universitario en Salud Pública. Especialista universitario en Psiquiatría. Doctor en Psicología en Neurociencia aplicada.
–Dra. Gabriela Casas: Abogada. Especialista en Derecho Sanitario. Especialista en Derecho y Salud. Diplomada en Derecho Sanitario.
–Moderador:Dr. Francisco Javier Pascua: Fiscal Jefe de competencia Criminal Múltiple y de Debate Oral. Consultor Internacional por National Center for State Courts (NCSC).
