Fallecimiento de seis Presos Políticos

Luego del chequeo y ratificación de información que continúa siendo recibida, la Unión de Promociones lamenta tener que confirmar –con carácter retroactivo– los fallecimientos de 5 (cinco) Presos Políticos, según el siguiente detalle:

  • 06 de Enero de 2019: General de Brigada (R) Héctor Humberto GAMEN (Infantería – Promoción 77 – CMN), de 93 años de edad.

  • 28 de Marzo de 2020: Comisario Inspector (R) Roberto José MÓNACO (Policía Federal Argentina).

  • 28 de Julio de 2020: Subcomisario (R) Hugo Alfredo VIDAL (Policía Federal Argentina), de 77 años de edad.

  • 27 de Enero de 2021: Comisario Inspector (R) Ángel Custodio MORENO (Policía de la Provincia de Tucumán), de 87 años de edad.

  • 04 de Junio de 2022: Sargento Ayudante (R) Manuel Luis ICHICOVICH (Policía Federal Argentina), de 81 años de edad.

Asimismo se comunicar con pesar, el reciente fallecimiento de 1 (un) Preso Político:

  • 01 de Agosto de 2023: Subcomisario (R) Rubén Carlos CHÁVEZ (Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires), de 81 años de edad.

Ya son 800 (ochocientos) los fallecidos, pertenecientes a todas las Fuerzas Armadas, Fuerzas de Seguridad, Fuerzas Policiales, Fuerzas Penitenciarias y Civiles; en el marco de este proceso de persecución, venganza y exterminio, donde SE CONTINÚAN REPITIENDO en forma sistemática infinidad de irregularidades jurídicas, instrumentadas en el ámbito de una justicia prevaricadora.

El grave cuadro de situación, obliga a destacar y considerar los siguientes aspectos:

– Fallecidos entre el 25 May 03 / 10 Dic 07: 56

– Fallecidos entre el 10 Dic 07 / 10 Dic 15: 285

– Fallecidos entre el 10 Dic 15 / 10 Dic 19: 215

– Fallecidos desde el 10 Dic 19: 218

Solicitamos a todos los integrantes de las FFAA, Fuerzas de Seguridad, Fuerzas Policiales y Fuerzas Penitenciarias, a las distintas ONG e Instituciones, a familiares, amigos y allegados en general, a continuar sumándose en apoyo de todos quienes deben enfrentar esta injusta situación, a fin de afirmar, fortalecer e incrementar el planteo de los justos reclamos por acceder a una justicia verdaderamente independiente, imparcial y objetiva, a través del irrestricto respeto por la Constitución Nacional. La continuación de la ardua lucha en su apoyo, por la recuperación plena del estado de derecho y por la reparación del respeto y la credibilidad de las Instituciones de la República, así lo exige.

Expresamos nuestras sentidas condolencias a los familiares de los Oficiales Superiores fallecidos, compañeros de Promoción, Camaradas y amigos, rogándole al Señor, les conceda pronta y cristiana resignación.
