Los habitantes del pintoresco pueblo de Saint Gallen observaron en la mañana de ayer un inusual movimiento en la frontera con Alemania. Aquellos que entraban o salían de Suiza lo hacían bajo un estricto control que despertó la curiosidad. Luego, descubrieron los motivos: Schaffhausen, la ciudad distante a cuarenta y cinco minutos de allí.
Un atacante armado con una motosierra dejó un saldo de al menos cinco personas heridas, dos de ellas de gravedad.
La policía dijo que un hombre entró en la oficina de una compañía de seguros en la ciudad y atacó a varios individuos a media mañana, hora local. El sospechoso más tarde fue nombrado como Franz Wrousis, un hombre de 51 años de edad, de ninguna residencia fija que frecuentemente vive en los bosques.
La Policía describe a Franz Wrousis como de 190 cm de alto, calvo, y de aspecto descuidado.
La policía también dijo queWrousis usó un vehículo blanco VW Caddy.
Un comunicado de la policía principios describió el ataque como “no relacionadas con el terrorismo.”
Wrousis fue citado anteriormente por la policía por violaciónes de las leyes de armas.
