Los colaboradores de Joe Biden explicó la razón del mal desempeño del mandatario estadounidense durante el debate presidencial contra Donald Trump.
Los asesores del inquilino de la Casa Blanca creen que el fracaso se debió a una “preparación excesiva” antes del evento, y consideran que se tendría que haber puesto énfasis en la “asertividad y la energía”.

“Estaba demasiado preparado y confiaba en minucias cuando lo único que importaba era el vigor y la energía”, afirmó una persona de la órbita del mandatario. “Lo prepararon para el debate equivocado. Estaba demasiado preparado cuando lo que necesitaba era descansar”, agregó.
Por su parte un influyente veterano de la campaña demócrata calificó el desempeño de Biden como “una catástrofe”, en sintonía con varios demócratas que están en alerta por la situación.
“Momento DEFCON 1. “El nivel de preocupación es bastante alto”, expresó David Plouffe, director de campaña del expresidente Barack Obama.
Asimismo, un exfuncionario de la Casa Blanca opinó que era necesario despedir a gente involucrada en la campaña, pero lamentó que eso probablemente no vaya a suceder porque Biden rara vez lo hace.
El desempeño esperado del presidente pasó del “optimismo a la conmoción” a una “velocidad vertiginosa”, e incluso llegaron a preguntarse si Biden podrá continuar su campaña.

La mayoría de los demócratas apoyaron a Biden durante meses defendiendo su candidatura presidencial, pero su reacción cambió después del debate, en el que, según una encuesta, Trump obtuvo el 67 % de votos de los telespectadores.
En este contexto, algunos funcionarios demócratas empezaron a pedir al presidente que retire su candidatura para que el partido pueda nominar a otro candidato.

Biden and Trump spent the whole debate, bashing each other, ignoring the questions and just talking about what they felt like talking about and repeating the same things over and over again. RFK spent his very valuable two minute time answering the questions talking about policy, talking about the issues that America’s concerned about, things like how they are going to pay their bills, their medical issues.
That’s crazy, I remember the democrats 2 days before the debate saying how awesome Joe is going to do at the debate, his mind was sharp as a razor, he is as fit and spry and energetic as a 25-year-old, his experience will convince all people that Joe can do it and yet, everyone now is saying “Wow! Joe sucks”
I was sure Trump would either back out of the debate or do something really rude or stupid and that Biden would perform well. I can admit it, I was wrong.
imagine him trying to have a meeting with one of the world leaders that we may have to go to war with and being forceful to get the U.S. point across. They will not be intimidated at all.
The same people telling you the Democrats need a new candidate tomorrow are the ones who said Biden was completely fine and ready for four more years before the debate.

If you watched the real debate with RFK debating both candidates, you would’ve seen a clear difference between RFK‘s performance and Biden and Trump. The media wants to classify RFK is a crazy nut but when you have the three of them together, it’s clear that he is not and that Biden and Trump, come out the worst. Biden and Trump spent the whole debate, bashing each other, ignoring the questions and just talking about what they felt like talking about and repeating the same things over and over again.
