Titular de la delegación de oficiales hijos de los beneméritos veteranos de la Guerra de Cuagazu de Bolivia,que se hicieron presentes en Argentina para acompañar a los veteranos argentinos que  el 29 de noviembre pasado se concentraron en la Plaza de Mayo para pedir por la libertad de quienes están en prisión acusados por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad.
