Es fácil obtener permisos para recuperarse de enfermedades graves como el cáncer. En las grandes ciudades, se ofrecen visitas médicas a domicilio. Las comidas escolares son deliciosas y nutritivas.
Italia quedó en un cercano segundo lugar y España en séptimo, detrás de algunos países pequeños. Estados Unidos se ubicó en el puesto 37, por delante de Eslovenia y Cuba.
