Todos recordarán el caso de la desaparición de SANTIAGO MALDONADO, acontecimiento por demás mediático-politizado a nivel nacional e internacional, ocurrido el 1 de agosto de 2017 en el Pu Lof en Resistencia de Cushamen, provincia de Chubut, Argentina. Por la misma se instruyó la causa “Echazú Emmanuel y otros s/ desaparición forzada de personas“. Siendo mi especialidad la “Búsqueda y Rescate”, y teniendo gran conocimiento de la zona del hecho los días 18 y 20 de septiembre, también de 2017 me presenté en dependencias de la Delegación de la Policía Federal Argentina de Puerto Madryn con intención de brindar una declaración testimonial espontánea indicando donde tenían que buscar el cuerpo de la persona desaparecida. Atendido por el Comisario FERNANDO FERNÁNDEZ, este se negó a tomarme la misma, contactándome con su par ENRIQUE TERREMOTO quien destinado en Esquel, con el Juez GUIDO OTRANTO (luego apartado del caso) estaban a cargo de la búsqueda y a quien telefónicamente le informé lo mismo que a FERNANDEZ, COMPROMETIENDOSE A ELEVAR MI INFORME AL MAGISTRADO. Un mes después, el 17 de octubre, los medios dieron cuenta del hallazgo del cuerpo de MALDONADO donde yo le había dicho a los dos policías mencionados precedentemente. Durante largo tiempo mantuve una relación conflictiva con los funcionarios policiales quienes en forma muy ambigua reconocían la información que yo les aportara. Así fue pasando el tiempo hasta que el 21 de mayo de 2019 denuncié en la fiscalía de Esquel, ante el fiscal subrogante Dr. FEDERICO BAQUIO al personal policial, dada la duda que me acompaña hasta el día de hoy para saber si el Comisario TERREMOTO le comunicó al juez federal GUSTAVO LLERAL sobre la información que yo les aportara. Se iniciaron así burocráticas actuaciones, en algunos casos contradictorias entre sí, mientras el tiempo seguía transcurriendo. Recientemente no tuvieron mejor idea que agregar un informe psiquiátrico muy negativo sobre mi persona, rubricado por la Dra. DANIELA TEIXIDOR a quien nunca vi ni me vio, la que se desempeña como perito psiquiatra de la fiscalía. Si bien yo no reclamo la recompensa que se ofreciera oportunamente a quien diera información valedera, si pretendo ser respetado como un ciudadano digno que no miente. Esto me impulsa a seguir bregando por mi verdad, que es la que estos funcionarios pretenden ocultar.

PERO CON LA VERDAD NINGUNO TOCA EL TEMA. LA VERDAD ES LO DE MENOS LAS NOTICIAS SON SOLO NEGOCIOS. DIEGO CABOT ME RECONOCE QUE EL JUEZ GUIDO OTRANTO LES PIDIO QUE LE HICIERAN UNA NOTA A LAS 48 HS DE YO DARLES RESUELTO EL CASO. PARA SORPRESA DEL SR CABOT DADO QUE QUE ESTE JUEZ JAMAS DABA NOTAS. ME DI EL GUSTO DE DECIRLE A ESTE JUEZ EN MESA DE ENTRADA DE SU PROPIO JUZGADO. LE DIJE EN LA CARA DELANTE DEL PERSONAL Y MUCHOS ALLI PRESENTES. USTED NO LO QUERIA ENCONTRAR.
