How dare you punish the most vulnerable? So much is telling of your character by how you treat the least of us. Christian’s??? Hardly!

Has anyone noticed that the debt ceiling bill SUSPENDS the debt limit for 2 years? If this thing passes the senate, we are giving the government that got us $31 trillion in the hole a blank check. This happens at a time when we have a presidential election coming up, we are sending hundreds of billions overseas to fight a proxy war, we have an uncontrolled flood of illegal immigrants that will have to be taken care of so politicians don’t look cruel and heartless toward the poor masses, we have massive infrastructure problems, we live in a time where people vote for the person who promises the most goodies “for free,” and the government seems to be determined to shut down all fossil fuel power plants without a viable alternative to replace their production. What could possibly go wrong?

How’s that? With the extremely tiny amount of money they took from the IRS? Don’t worry .. the Dems will still hire 78k new IRS agents to ruin middle class Americans and your children will be slaves to China since our debt will climb FIVE TRILLION dollars if not more by 2025, bringing it to a staggering 37 – 40 trillion debt. You obviously have no idea how money and financial responsibility works.

How is this a victory if you’re desperately cutting programs that keep American people from drowning? I don’t understand how these government officials can sleep well at night, knowing that they are getting a steady paycheck and they’re able to get raises versus everybody else struggling to keep up prices of rent food.

This is a bill that will eventually destroy the low income . But again if a default would occur it be worse so it’s a dam if you do darn if you don’t . But stop sending money to places that frankly needs to help themselves some . Sending constantly money to Ukraine has got to be cut back . United States now is suffering and seems our government just doesn’t give a rip . Not saying helping other countries is a bad thing by no means but help your own country first . That what you all were voted in office to do .

Sending money to Ukraine for weaponry aid is justified, but that’s not where a chunk of our money went to. The majority of taxpayer money goes to rich people getting tax cuts, which largely is why these recessions happen in the first place.

Why does it always have to be to the detriment of those vulnerable who were already suffering on a regular basis? The dealbreaker for me was the student loan payments resuming. I’m already forced to pay back taxes from my tax returns just because I make too much money working just because I don’t have any dependents, now they’re trying to get me to pay back student loan debt that should of been rid of anyway because Colleges force people to take out loans because they jack up prices for years making College unaffordable. This is grossly unfair and sour grapes, but the bigoted, out-of-touch Boomers out there will make hasty judgments and try to make tone-deaf arguments telling you to adjust to it because they’ve had it easier than future generations like we have now.
