La ministra de Seguridad y senadora nacional electa de La Libertad Avanza (LLA), Patricia Bullrich, reiteró hoy su pedido de aprobar el proyecto de Ley Penal Juvenil, que prevé bajar la edad de imputabilidad a menores de 14 años.
La titular de Seguridad aseguró en sus redes sociales que la iniciativa está “lista para ser tratada” y consideró que estos meses “pusieron en agenda otras ‘prioridades’ antes que la seguridad de los argentinos”.
“Como senadora, en el nuevo Congreso, voy por este objetivo: la vamos a aprobar”, sentenció Bullrich, quien aportó contexto a su nuevo impulso a la medida con el caso de tres menores de José C. Paz y San Miguel que, entre todos, suman “27 delitos en 2025”.
“No son imputables, por lo que la Justicia los libera y siguen cometiendo delitos. El kirchnerismo, como siempre, los defiende”, cuestionó la flamante legisladora por la Ciudad.
La medida que promueve Bullrich busca endurecer el tratamiento que se le da a los menores que cometen delitos con penas y sanciones escalonadas, y la creación de “establecimientos especiales” para jóvenes, entre otros puntos.
