Un castillo, inspirado en Harry Potter y en Game of Thrones, fue vendido recientemente tras haber sido lanzado al mercado por $22,000,000 de dólares.
La propiedad perteneció, hasta hace muy poco, a Robert Rivani, un hombre de 33 años y de estilo mohicano que ha acumulado una cuantiosa fortuna.
La venta de la muy original residencia fue puesta originalmente en alquiler por $150,000 dólares mensuales, aunque posteriormente la anunció en $110,000 dólares.
La cifra recibida por Rivani es muy superior a la que él mismo pagó, en 2019, cuando desembolsó $13,700,000 de dólares por ella. En aquel entonces aseguró que siempre viviría ahí, pero muy pronto se le olvidaron sus planes.
Además de las habitaciones y amenidades habituales, el castillo llama la atención por su réplica de trono de hierro de la serie Game of Thrones, un wallpaper de piel de dragón, un gabinete de boticario estilo Harry Potter en el bar, un recreación de Hogwarts en la sala y una sala estilo selva.
