El presidente de Argentina, Alberto Ángel Fernández, aseguró que su país puede exportar gas a Europa, ante el riesgo de escasez que corre ese continente por el conflicto entre Rusia y Ucrania.
“Podemos ser proveedores de gas en Europa”, dijo el mandatario el lunes, durante la inauguración de las obras de expansión de la Central Térmica Ensenada Barragán, en la provincia de Buenos Aires.
Fernández señaló que días atrás habló con Charles Michel, el presidente del Consejo Europeo, y le explicó “todas las posibilidades” que tiene Argentina “de darle el gas que hoy necesita Europa, y que le falta por motivos del conflicto bélico entre Rusia y Ucrania”.
Al respecto, añadió que esa situación “ha puesto más en crisis la cantidad energética y los precios de la energía”.
Durante su intervención, el mandatario argentino celebró que durante la administración de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner como presidenta (2007-2015), el país tuvo “la suerte” de que Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales (YPF) pudiera detectar la existencia del yacimiento de Vaca Muerta, situado en las provincias de Neuquén, Río Negro, La Pampa y Mendoza.
“De tener allí el segundo reservorio de gas no convencional del mundo, de garantizarnos ese gas —gas para todos los argentinos— y garantizarnos que podamos dar a muchas otras regiones del mundo, porque tenemos una excedente muy importante [de ese recurso]”, enfatizó.
Fernández aseguró que la producción de gas en Vaca Muerta se multiplicó por tres a partir del último Plan Gas.
“Estamos estudiando para ver si hay un yacimiento de Vaca Muerta en el norte de Santa Cruz, pero además tenemos gas convencional que se está produciendo en toda la Patagonia y en la Tierra del Fuego”, comentó.
Además de exportar ese gas a Europa, el mandatario también indicó que podrían proveer a la región. “Hablo con (Luiz Inácio) Lula, hablo con (Luis) Arce, hablo con (Gabriel) Boric, a quien le empezamos a vender no solo petróleo, sino gas, podemos darle a Chile hoy un gas en firme, un acuerdo en firme”, añadió.
Pero aparte del gas, Fernández reiteró que Argentina cuenta con el litio, “uno de los minerales más buscados en el mundo”.
Del mismo modo, recordó que Argentina, Chile y Bolivia forman el triángulo del litio, que alberga el 66 % de ese recurso a nivel mundial.
“Si nosotros eso lo convertimos en baterías […] esas baterías las convertimos en bienes que el mundo demanda para poder producir, tenemos una oportunidad enorme para desarrollar el norte de nuestra patria y que deje de ser ese norte olvidado”, manifestó.

Ni siquiera el gasoducto no está en marcha aún dado que ni siquiera se han armado los pliegos de licitación, con lo cual la obra está lejos de empezarse. La Argentina es un país difícil de gobernar, hoy importador neto de combustibles. No hay gasoil para el campo o bien escasea, y el gobierno actual es muy poco confiable. El presidente hoy dice una cosa y mañana dice completamente lo contrario. Volviendo al tema del gasoducto, ya había un proyecto heredado del gobierno anterior con los pliegos ya preparados. Este gobierno anuló todo dado que interpretó como un negociado porque la obra sería hecha por los privados. Ahora el proyecto sería manejado por YPF, cuyo valor en la bolsa se redujo a un cuarto de su valor al momento de ser estatizada. Todo muy poco creible.
A Alverso ya no hay quien le preste atención. Además de inútil, es un delirante que no sabe que hacer con su propia vida. Un imbécil político sin presente ni futuro.
pueden atender su propia demanda interna de gas ? . Una parte del gas natural que importa Argentina es de Bolivia. El presidente de Argentina, Alberto Ángel Fernández, aseguró que su país puede exportar gas a Europa, ante el riesgo de escasez que corre ese continente por el conflicto entre Rusia y Ucrania.
“Podemos ser proveedores de gas en Europa”, dijo el mandatario el lunes, durante la inauguración de las obras de expansión de la Central Térmica Ensenada Barragán, en la provincia de Buenos Aires.
Fernández señaló que días atrás habló con Charles Michel, el presidente del Consejo Europeo, y le explicó “todas las posibilidades” que tiene Argentina “de darle el
gas que hoy necesita Europa, y que le falta por motivos del conflicto bélico entre Rusia y Ucrania”.
Al respecto, añadió que esa situación “ha puesto más en crisis la cantidad energética y los precios de la energía”.
Durante su intervención, el mandatario argentino celebró que durante la administración de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner como presidenta (2007-2015), el país tuvo “la suerte” de que Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales (YPF) pudiera detectar la existencia del yacimiento de Vaca Muerta, situado en las provincias de Neuquén, Río Negro, La Pampa y Mendoza.
“De tener allí el segundo reservorio de gas no convencional del mundo, de garantizarnos ese gas —gas para todos los argentinos— y garantizarnos que podamos dar a muchas otras regiones del mundo, porque tenemos una excedente muy importante [de ese recurso]”, enfatizó.
Fernández aseguró que la producción de gas en Vaca Muerta se multiplicó por tres a partir del último Plan Gas.
“Estamos estudiando para ver si hay un yacimiento de Vaca Muerta en el norte de Santa Cruz, pero además tenemos gas convencional que se está produciendo en toda la Patagonia y en la Tierra del Fuego”, comentó.
Además de exportar ese gas a Europa, el mandatario también indicó que podrían proveer a la región. “Hablo con (Luiz Inácio) Lula, hablo con (Luis) Arce, hablo con (Gabriel) Boric, a quien le empezamos a vender no solo petróleo, sino gas, podemos darle a Chile hoy un gas en firme, un acuerdo en firme”, añadió.
Pero aparte del gas, Fernández reiteró que Argentina cuenta con el litio, “uno de los minerales más buscados en el mundo”.
Del mismo modo, recordó que Argentina, Chile y Bolivia forman el triángulo del litio, que alberga el 66 % de ese recurso a nivel mundial.
“Si nosotros eso lo convertimos en baterías […] esas baterías las convertimos en bienes que el mundo demanda para poder producir, tenemos una oportunidad enorme para desarrollar el norte de nuestra patria y que deje de ser ese norte olvidado”, manifestó.

Ahora el proyecto sería manejado por YPF, cuyo valor en la bolsa se redujo a un cuarto de su valor al momento de ser estatizada. Todo muy poco creible.
