Ayer 4 de agosto de 2022 en el Tribunal Oral de Bahía Blanca, luego del receso invernal, se llevó a cabo la jornada 23 del juicio por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad denominado Mega Causa Zona 5, a cargo de jueces federales ERNESTO SEBASTIÁN, SEBASTIÁN LUIS FOGLIA y MARCOS JAVIER AGUERRIDO.  Como siempre, varios testigos-victimas expresaron sus verdades “sagradas”, según consideración de fiscales y “querellantas”.

Pero en esta oportunidad uno de ellos, el señor JOSÉ ALBERTO BELTRAMINI, luego de imputar al ejército y  al Comando Radioeléctrico de la Policía de Bahía Blanca, donde falazmente dicen que presté servicio, agregó algo “novedoso”. Según sus investigaciones llevadas a cabo durante décadas, en la represión de estado ocurrida en los años 70 habrían tenido activa influencia:    LA CIA, la KGB, EL PENTÁGONO Y… LOS ALIENÍGENAS. Como seguramente se dudará de lo que afirmo, agregamos un muy breve video de lo acontecido y también las declaraciones completas de toda la jornada (1).   Para muchos podrá parecer increíble e inclusive risueño. Lamentablemente testigos como este, u otros, con afirmaciones verdaderamente descabelladas, o nada creíbles, son aceptadas y nos están llevando a la cárcel y la muerte en circunstancias  indignas.

Definitivamente la iniquidad y el grotesco se ha impuesto en estos juicios en los que juegan con nuestras vidas. Allí los fiscales sin freno alguno, ya no cuidan las apariencias disimulando sus gruesas torpezas y digan lo que digan sus representados todo está bien. El poder sin límite y la impunidad como adalides de   la “política de estado”, los hacen sentir semidioses de la “memoria, verdad y justicia”, que, por supuesto no es ni memoria, ni verdad ni justicia.
