El expresidente argentino Alberto Fernández fue denunciado penalmente por la presunta contratación irregular de seguros durante su gobierno (2019-2023)
La presentación señala al exmandatario por presunta malversación de fondos públicos, entre otros delitos, a raíz de la supuesta contratación de un “‘broker’ (agente) y empresas privadas” para intermediar en la gestión de seguros en dependencias oficiales.
También se señala al expresidente por supuesta “violación a los deberes de funcionario público y abuso de autoridad”.
La denuncia recae también sobre el extitular de Nación Seguros -la aseguradora del Banco Nación- Alberto Pagliano, por la presunta contratación irregular de seguros de vida para los créditos otorgados por la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Social (Anses) a sus afiliados.
La acusación en la Justicia fue presentada por la abogada Silvina Martínez, quien fue miembro del equipo de Patricia Bullrich durante el gobierno de Mauricio Macri (2015-2019).
El documento señala que a fines del 2021, el entonces presidente Fernández “ordenó que todos los seguros estatales tenían que pasar por Nación Seguros que, a su vez, contrataba a un ‘broker’ y a empresas privadas”.
“La trama de contrataciones opacas con el rubro seguro -actividad que Alberto Fernández conoce en profundidad porque allí inició su actividad política- fue revelada en una columna del editor general adjunto del diario Clarín, Ricardo Roa, titulada ‘Destapan otra caja negra de la política en la Anses'”, recordó la abogada y periodista.
Martínez remarcó que, de acuerdo al artículo, dentro de la Anses se descubrió”un negocio de 20.000 millones de pesos anuales (unos 23 millones de dólares) y 300 millones (alrededor de 300.000 dólares) en comisiones mensualescon los seguros y las comisiones de los intermediarios”.
La demandante apunta que el “intermediario” era Pablo Torres García, un empresario y agente financiero que habría cobrado una comisión varias veces mayor a la del mercado. Y otro agente, Héctor Martínez Sosa, “casado con una secretaria de Alberto Fernández, María Cantero”.
“Los 20.000 millones de pesos es lo que paga la Anses al Nación por año para asegurar la vida de jubilados y pensionados a los que les da créditos: desde 2011 los venía otorgando sin este seguro”, remarcó.

I wish that the young people would listen to this. He’s right.
Always look at what people have done and are doing, never at just what they say. People can twist reality and promise the moon, because that is all they have to show. They can’t point to their successes because there are none.

I was just thinking these same thoughts myself, that they are gunning for the poorest people, trying to subject us with high food prices, etc. This is no different than in the Soviet Union under Stalin No different at all.
2011 after leaving the Army, I became almost homeless. A friend gifted me the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. I can say it helped me change my mindset to focus on things I can control in my life. To learn from my failures and push forward. Last year I was walking through a book store and found a copy of the Book. I bought a extra copy just in case someone else needs to read it. Maybe it can motivate another person to improve themself.
