A medida que, en el Tribunal Oral Federal de la ciudad de Bahía Blanca avanza la Mega Causa Zona 5, en la que, junto con casi 40 adultos mayores más estoy como imputado, el rol de cada una de sus partes van quedando nítidamente delineadas. Así en la audiencia del día 19 de mayo de 2022, pudimos ver el testimonio de MARIANO BARCIA y MABÉL NORMA MANCINI, tras lo cual ingresó a la justicia la primera solicitud de una constancia de ese testimonio a los fines de ser utilizada en reclamos legales resarcitorios. Por supuesto, dicha certificación no se hizo esperar y así mostramos la resolución del tribunal que da motivo a esta nota y por supuesto también a una breve y quizás odiosa comparación. Lo digo, porque de inmediato viene a mi memoria el drama vivido por los familiares de uniformados y civiles, hombres, mujeres y niños asesinados, o lisiados de por vida, a manos del terrorismo que asoló a la Argentina en las décadas de los años 60 y 70. Estos, simples fantasmas, como tales no son vistos ni tenidos en cuenta por la “justicia” y en consecuencia, nunca serán propuestos por los “rabiosos” fiscales y “querellantas” para declarar como testigos-víctimas. Así lo determina la cruel y deleznable “política de estado” imperante en este territorio llamado Argentina. Podríamos decir que se aplica aquello de “plata o plomo”. Para unos, cuya palabra es sagrada, sea cierta o no, la plata y para los otros solo quedó el plomo, el dolor y la muerte provocada por los terroristas de una época que no debió existir. Mientras tanto burlonamente y a la vista de todos, todas y todes, el artículo 16 de la Constitución Nacional Argentina, establece que “todos los habitantes somos iguales ante la ley”.

¿ Verguenza ? Usted es muy generoso. Todos los abogados fracasaos como abogados particulares ingresan al poder judicial, sea nacional o provincial o Federal. ¿Qué quiere ? ¿Eficiencia? no la tendrá. Los tribunales son verdulería en lugar de veder tomates venden faltas de mérito, en lugar de vender bananas venden sobreseimientos, en lugar de cebollas venden arrestos domiciliarios, etc, etc, etc. Los tribunales judiciales, especialmente los federales SON LAKRAS.
Fijese que le dejan a los tribunales provinciales que se ocupen de robos, hurtos, lesiones y homicidios. Los federales se quedaron con la droga, el tráfico de personas, los juicios millonarios de lesa humanidad, la venta de armas, malversación de caudales públicos y la venta de organos. Digamé si negocia con el delincuente ¿qué causa deja más plata?

Lo interesante es saber cuanto cobrarán por las leyes de reparación u$s 250.000, SÏ, 250.000 dólares ¿sabés cuantos pesos son? 51.500.00 millones de pesos.
Dale SEGUÍ PARTICIPANDO. ¿ sabés que es la plata de tus impuestos ? ¿no te llama la atención la velociad con que otorgaron el certilficado ? ¿habrá reparto de guita entre declarantes, fiscales y jueces y porque no defensores particulares y oficiales por haber sido tan tibios al momento de preguntar y repreguntar ? ¿por que encubrieron los declarantes estos delitos durante 46 años y ahora en lugar de procesarlos por encubrimiento los premian con cas 52 millones de pesos que pagamos todos?
Los declarantes del difunto ¿son concientes que están encarcelando personas por plata? SIIIIII, COMO JUDAS CON JESUCRISTO. Sabrán que sus familiares también sufren y por ende familias enteras son socialmente condenadas porque bestias humanas venden su dignidad por unos pesos. Aviso, el arbol y la soga están esperando por si acaso se arrepienten.
