En el tema de los adultos mayores, imputados por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad, mucho hemos escrito sobre los abusos de los jueces prevaricadores y sus encubridores, la clase política en su totalidad, los medios de difusión y la misma iglesia católica, apostólica romana. Para estos septuagenarios, octogenarios, nonagenarios y familiares, su odisea comienza cuando un honorable togado federal emite una orden de detención, aún por inferencias y la remite a alguna de las fuerzas de seguridad, llámese POLICÍA FEDERAL, GENDARMERÍA, PREFECTURA o POLICÍA DE SEGURIDAD AEROPORTUARIA (PSA). De inmediato estas “nobles” instituciones movilizan a alguno de sus equipos operativos, quienes como si fueran a apresar a un famoso y sanguinario narcotraficante, llegan hasta el domicilio del “peligroso anciano a detener”, quien también por décadas llevó un uniforme. Bien pertrechados toman los recaudos del caso por si este intentara fugarse “saltando por los fondos del inmueble”, acto por edad, imposible de llevar a cabo. Luego labran un acta de la cual no dejan copia alguna a la confundida cónyuge del imputado, lo esposan delante de ella, ¿Cómo van a tener la “delicadeza” de hacerlo cuando ya están en alguno de los vehículos con los que se movilizan y se retiran del lugar, con la satisfacción del deber cumplido? Generalmente la afligida señora de la casa, quien también es una adulta mayor tiene varias horas por delante, para tratar de averiguar donde fue llevado su marido, “el represor”. Si por casualidad este está ausente de su hogar porque con anticipación trata de ser un prófugo de la “justicia”, entonces se despliega una sofisticada inteligencia electrónica y se intervienen TODOS los teléfonos de sus familiares y amigos, hasta que alguno da la pista y allá va la partida tras su preciado e importante objetivo a capturar. Lo llamativo es que estos sabuesos uniformados, tan implacables en la detención de ancianos uniformados, también ofician de custodios de miembros del poder judicial y políticos, que como se sabe en Argentina, no pocos son corruptos.
Como consecuencia, les conocen amantes, les escuchan conversaciones indiscretas, vicios, relaciones “non sanctas” y ritmo de vida y propiedades fuera del alcance adquisitivo de quien protegen. En ese caso dejan de ser “implacables” y se transforman en muy discretos ciegos, sordos y mudos lacayos. Guste o no guste, sí, hay quienes ejercen un verdadero espíritu de cuerpo, protegiendo al caído y estos son los miembros del poder judicial, que en el peor de los casos son “castigados” con una jubilación de privilegio, libre de tributos, luego de ser parte de escandalosos casos de corrupción. También hace lo propio el poder político que para ello tienen el Congreso de la Nación y la custodia de uniformados que nacieron y fueron educados para ser baratos esbirros a quienes se conforman con un grado jerárquico o un cargo, que, por supuesto pagamos entre todos, con nuestros impuestos.
