Gadi Eisenkot, exjefe del Ejército y principal adversario de Netanyahu en los comicios al mando del partido derechista Yashar! (¡Recto!), también criticó la “descabellada conspiración de traición” difundida por la primera dama.

He is a master politician who never accepts responsibility for anything unless polls show it is something the public likes (say for example opening a new road). His statements and those of his family demonstrate exactly why the very first thing a new government must do is open a state inquiry into October 7 events, haul everyone in front of it for testimony, gather every document (at least those that still exist), and QUICKLY and FAIRLY issue a report.
