El día 18 de junio del corriente año “nuestro” presidente MAURICIO MACRI, firmó el decreto 572/2018 nombrando como Vocal de la Cámara Federal de Apelaciones de Bahía Blanca, al Juez LEANDRO SERGIO PICADO. Como todos sabemos, un Juez es aquel abogado que tiene la máxima autoridad en un tribunal de justicia. Es aquel, que luego de un análisis exhaustico de las ideas y las defensas de cada parte (la demandada y la demandante), tiene la capacidad de juzgar libremente y dar penas o libertades, según sea el caso.
Un juez es aquel que administra la justicia, de manera que quede equiparada en los principios morales en los que se basa. Lo que yo me pregunto una y mil veces en donde será eso, ya que en este territorio llamado Argentina, para nosotros los adultos mayores imputados por los mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad, no se da ni de casualidad. Y digo esto porque si se ingresa al FACEBOOK de este togado y con la paciencia de un Buda se lo recorre, salen a la luz oscuras expresiones y pensamientos radicalizados del mismo. En una palabra, su profundo odio queda a la vista. Su extrema parcialidad nos asegura una vez más el sufrimiento y el exterminio cruento, a manos de este funcionario judicial dispuesto a asesinar, uno más de los tantos que ya hay. Nos matará no solo a nosotros, sino también a “la verdad y la justicia” a la que tendría que defender.

Being an American, and living in SW Oregon, I am far from this; however, first, my heart and prayers go out to brave Ukraine’s and their hero president Volodymyr Zelenskyy! In this newscast, it was succinctly spoken that the one person who might hold the most sway over Putin now is President Biden, even over those European leaders much physically closer to this conflict. It saddens me so much ill-will toward our President has been heaped on him here at home lately, but the reality is President Biden does sit in the catbird’s seat here. I pray that a binding, peaceful solution, leaving Ukraine intact as an independent, sovereign, democratic nation, and Putting given some means of pulling back from this mess he started, quickly comes about…and, we all stand in awe of the Ghost of Kyiv
As long as it’s an option, it will always be on the table. So it doesn’t surprise me if he goes that route. But I doubt he will use it for offense. More likely he will use it as some sort of wand to stave off further aggression by NATO.
My personal opinion is that although we shouldn’t overact – we also shouldn’t antagonize an already narcissistic man on something as dangerous as nuclear war.
Although statistics show he won’t – everyone saying so will only push a crazy man over the edge.

It’s unclear at this point whether Vladdy Putain is still a rational actor. The prudent thing to do would be to seriously consider the possibility he might threaten global nuclear attack.
Russia has some real security concerns. But many countries have, there are many insecure borders in Europe. Trying to restore the Russian Empire is not the solution.
But most of the problems are a choice by the Russian leadership to gather all the wealth themselves instead of using it to develop the country and make its people wealthier and more productive. All that gas and oil flowed to Germany. That could be used by Russian industry, the country is 1.5x times the size of Germany.
But a well-connected, productive, well-educated and trained and free population is a danger to any dictator, so they just sell the oil and gas instead.

I have respect for the Ukraine people
There is a reason why the Soviet Union, nor any nuclear power, never launched a first strike (nuclear attack) since Word War 2, despite all of the Cold War fears that the Soviets would. And its because you can’t launch a first strike without being annihilated in the second strike. I remember in the 80s when The Day After aired, and everyone hoped the Soviets would see the movie and learn the lesson. Probably not realizing the Soviets can be trusted to act in the best self-interests…which mutually assured destruction is clearly against… and that the Soviets knew this since the 60s, if not the 50s. — How is it any different today? Even if Putin had the launch codes (he doesn’t), or the ability to order a first strike by himself (he doesn’t), even he would know the response is not going to be ‘more sanctions’. — The only way I could fathom Russia using a nuclear weapon in Ukraine, or against any enemy country, is the FSB had a foolproof plan to blame am ISIS terror cell, or rogue Chechen element, or claim the Ukrainians did it in a false-flag conspiracy to frame the Russians. — But that would require a convincing story on how such an element got the nuclear weapon ‘elsewhere’, and eliminating everyone involved in the planning and execution. Whatever the case, Russia would need absolute plausible deniability. — Here’s my two cents, if there was really a way to use a nuclear weapon against an enemy without equal repercussions, Russia and China (and the US) would have figured it out a long time ago and did it already.
No one has used any nuclear weapons for anything besides tests since 1945…I really would not like that streak broken in my lifetime Even if it was “just” one or two each side, I can’t imagine the world could ever again be the same.
