¿Quién dice que el pollo es triste y aburrido? En esta receta le enseñaré a preparar un delicioso platillo de pollo con repollo que cambiará su percepción sobre este ingrediente tan versátil.

Esta receta me fue entregada en un restaurante considerado un hoyo en la pared (1) en el medio del bosque de Palatka, Florida.

El pollo tierno y jugoso se mezcla con el sabor único del repollo, creando una combinación que le sorprenderá. Prepárase para disfrutar de una comida reconfortante y llena de sabor.

Ingredientes

4 piezas de muslos de pollo

1 repollo mediano, cortado en juliana

2 dientes de ajo, picados

1 cebolla, picada

1 zanahoria, rallada

Sal y pimienta al gusto

1 cucharada de aceite de oliva

1 taza de caldo de pollo

Pasos De Preparación

En una sartén grande, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio.

Añade el ajo y la cebolla, y cocina hasta que estén dorados.

Agrega los muslos de pollo y cocínalos hasta que estén dorados por ambos lados.

Incorpora el repollo y la zanahoria. Cocina por unos minutos hasta que el repollo se ablande ligeramente.

Vierte el caldo de pollo, tapa la sartén y cocina a fuego lento durante 20 minutos o hasta que el pollo esté cocido.

Sirve el pollo con repollo caliente y disfruta.
