La Justicia le prohíbe salir del país al ex intendente de Lomas de Zamora Martín Insaurralde, a Jesica Cirio, su ex esposa, y a la modelo Sofia Clerici. 

Así lo dispuso el juez federal Luis Armella, en el marco de la causa en la que son investigados por presunto enriquecimiento ilícito y lavado de dinero. 

El magistrado prohibió a Insaurralde y Cirio la salida del país y les impuso la obligación de no ausentarse más de 50 kilómetros de sus viviendas sin autorización previa.

Con esta resolución, el juez federal Armella no aceptó el pedido del fiscal Sergio Mola, quien había solicitado la detención del ex intendente de Lomas de Zamora, tras la difusión de los videos en los que se mostraban fajos con dólares.

La resolución judicial, según pudo saber la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, busca asegurar la comparecencia de los imputados en un expediente que, luego de tres años, cobró nuevo impulso tras la difusión de esos videos comprometedores.

La medida alcanza también a la modelo Sofía Clerici, a los hijos del exfuncionario, Luciano y Rodrigo Insaurralde, y a los allegados Gastón Barrachina y Víctor Mario Donadío.

Además del cierre de fronteras, los involucrados tienen prohibido alejarse a más de 50 kilómetros de sus domicilios declarados sin autorización judicial previa.

Según detalla la resolución, los imputados deberán informar al tribunal con suficiente antelación cualquier desplazamiento que implique permanecer fuera de su domicilio por más de 24 horas.

El tribunal ya comunicó la prohibición de egreso a la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones para hacer efectiva la restricción.

Esta resolución se conoce días después de que el fiscal Sergio Mola solicitara formalmente la detención de Martín Insaurralde.

Mola manifestó la presunción de que el ex jefe de Gabinete bonaerense podría ocultar pruebas fundamentales para el avance de la pesquisa.

En paralelo, se solicitó una inspección ocular de la vivienda donde se habrían registrado los videos incorporados recientemente a la investigación.
