El gobernador electo de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, anunció su gabinete en un acto con los intendentes del PJ en la localidad de Esteban Echeverría. Su círculo de colaboradores más cercanos forma parte del nuevo esquema, con la sorpresas de la designación de Sergio Berni como ministro de Seguridad.

Sergio Alejandro Berni nació en Capilla del Señor, 3 de febrero de 1962. Berni es médico, militar, abogado y político. Tras desempeñarse como viceministro de Desarrollo Social, fue elegido senador de la provincia de Buenos Aires en 2011, escaño que ocupó brevemente hasta su nombramiento como titular de la Secretaría de Seguridad de la Nación, cargo en el que se desempeñó en calidad de viceministro del Ministerio de Seguridad, entre 2012 y 2015. En la reunión 83.ª de la Asamblea General de INTERPOL fue elegido vocal por las Américas del Comité Ejecutivo de la mencionada organización.

 

Mientras se suponía que sería incluído en el gabinete del presidente electo (Efectivo en pocas horas) Alberto Fernández, Kicillof pateó el tablero y se llevó consigo a Berni para el alto cargo provincial en Seguridad.

    Que me disculpen los que avalan a Berni, otro vende humo, la información que tengo de él no es buena y lo que hizo siendo SUB SECRETARIO de Seguridad, ya que la SECRETARIA, NUNCA aparecía ni se la oyó decir nada ni estar donde debía, era puro histrionismo; nunca aclaró su crecimiento patrimonial, como tampoco de su lucha contra el Narcotráfico sacó grandes resultados. Era y es la cara visible de los Kirchner y ahora de Cristina, desde que estuvo en el Sur con ellos, cuando era médico de YCF y más precisamente en la mina que se derrumbó, tiene un pedigree bastante turbio. Otro que comprará algún Helicóptero de costo millonario para pasear como Rambo y pasará sin pena ni gloria como todos los ministros que supimos conseguir en la Provincia. Pobres Vigis y pobre ciudadanos que verán como se multiplican los controles al mejor estilo URSS, Cuba, etc. jorobando al que trabaja o pasea, pero de seguridad, nada. Es mi opinión.

    Más allá de su histrionismo, excelente designación si repite su actuación cuando se desempeñó en seguridad. Siempre fue al frente, no se quedó detras de su escritorio y es lo que el personal necesita. Reemplaza a RITONDO que fue un pésimo ministro que siempre mintió en lo de: “CUIDEMOS A QUIENES NOS CUIDAN”, actuaba para la tribuna faltando a los sepelios cuando la delincuencia que domina la calle por los malas políticas de seguridad, le asesinaban su gente. Se dice que no lo eligió Kicillof, lo hizo Cristina. En verdad tendria que haber esta en Nación. Cordialmente CLAUDIO KUSSMAN
