La compañía Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) comunicó el pasado sábado que un grupo de inversores se comprometió a aportar 1.000 millones de dólares a su nueva red social.
“1.000 millones de dólares envía un mensaje importante a las grandes tecnológicas: la censura y la discriminación política deben terminar. Estados Unidos está listo para Truth Social, una plataforma que no discriminará por motivos de ideología política”, aseguró Donald J. Trump, presidente de la firma.
Este año, el exmandatario había adelantado sus proyectos para lanzar una nueva plataforma denominada ‘TRUTH Social‘, para “hacer frente a la tiranía de las empresas tecnológicas dominantes”, la cual se pondrá en marcha a principios del año próximo.
