El informe de la administración Trump se produce cuando Estados Unidos ha registrado más de 120,000 muertes por COVID-19, con casi 2.5 millones de casos confirmados. El miércoles, la nación alcanzó un nuevo récord para el total diario más alto de nuevas infecciones reportadas con más de 45,500.
Para los aproximadamente 25 millones de personas que no tienen trabajo (una gran porción debido a las consecuencias laterales del COVID-19) y cobran beneficios por desempleo, los mercados de ACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, o Ley de Protección al Paciente y Cuidado de Salud Asequible) y la expansión de Medicaid brindan vías para obtener un seguro médico subsidiado con protección al consumidor.
Si bien Obamacare es un programa de salud muy discutido, sobre todo por su alto valor de cuota mensual (aproximadamente 1,500 dólares para una familia tipo) , es hoy en día el único seguro de salud de casi veinte millones de ciudadanos.

I’ve worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. Obamacare was a disaster. The only people to profit were the politicians who pushed this illegal bullshit on the American public, pharmaceutical and med supply companies, insurance companies and the hospitals and facilities who were given loopholes to gouge the hell out of the honest, hard working taxpayer. With that being said, Trump cannot do that to the peoples now, how are they going to pay medicine, ERs or any urgency?
