In this way, it is also protecting its personnel (more than 4,500 police officers and more than 1,300 volunteers) for which it is responsible. The police mission above all is to serve and protect and you are doing it with determination and justice. These relaxing of the orders will just give people the sense that everything is fine now, it just means more death. I hate to say I live in Riverside county, shame on you Riverside. Your job, Sheriff is not to attack peoples rights as you feel you’d be doing by enforcing social distancing, its to keep people safe in this case from a virus that is essentially an invisible murderer. Look if you people want to get back to work, fine, but rescinding the orders of social distancing in public and wearing a face mask does not harm you in any way, it could help save lives! Your own officers have died from this give me a break.
Between what I have witnessed from both the Board of Supervisors and Sheriff Bianco, I have never been more proud to be a resident of Riverside County. We will show that we’re not like majority of California
Stop the other infringing against our constitutional rights, Right to travel freely is the main one cause the non commercial civilians have the right and when cops give tickets to private individuals not committing commerce it’s against supreme law and it funds the corrupted courts

The former sheriff implemented a “Nepotism and Conflicting Relationships” policy in 2009,. This policy specifically deals with directly supervising a relative, or someone involved in a personal relationship to include marriage, dating, and/or cohabitation. For example, a sergeant is not allowed to directly supervise a family member, spouse, or someone they are dating to avoid allegations of favoritism. This policy is still in effect and sheriff Bianco knows it. Torie Kimsey is his daughter. Corruption. Period.
Bianco failed at work. Now this is his desperate come-back. He is just another short psychopath dictator. Amazing how many power freaks want to wear uniforms with badges and guns. How many crimes has this worm commited. This guy should be delivering pizzas.
