Luego de la recepción, confirmación de novedades y cruce de diversos datos relacionados con la evolución de diversas causas judiciales, la Unión de Promociones informa con carácter retroactivo 3 (tres) fallecimientos de Camaradas, Presos Políticos que atravesaban por distintas Situaciones Procesales a saber:
20 de Junio de 2016: Coronel (R) Juan Carlos IBARROLA (Infantería- Promoción 80 – CMN).
09 de Enero de 2021: Oficial Inspector (R) José Antonio LORENZO CONSTANTINO (Policía de la Provincia de Mendoza).
14 de Enero de 2021: Sargento Ayudante (R) José Hugo HERRERA (Ejército Argentino).
Consecuentemente, ya son 618 (seiscientos dieciocho) los fallecidos, pertenecientes a todas las Fuerzas Armadas, Fuerzas de Seguridad, Fuerzas Policiales, Fuerzas Penitenciarias y Civiles; en el marco de este proceso de persecución, venganza y exterminio, donde SE CONTINÚAN REPITIENDO en forma sistemática infinidad de irregularidades jurídicas, instrumentadas en el ámbito de una justicia prevaricadora.
Períodos donde se produjeron los 618 fallecimientos
Fallecidos entre el 10 Dic 83 / 25 May 03: 25.
Fallecidos entre el 25 May 03 / 10 Dic 07: 56.
Fallecidos entre el 10 Dic 07 / 10 Dic 15: 282.
Fallecidos entre el 10 Dic 15 / 10 Dic 19: 205.
Fallecidos desde el 10 Dic 19: 50 (cincuenta) decesosse han producido desde el día 10 de Diciembre de 2019.
Solicitamos a todos los integrantes de las FFAA, Fuerzas de Seguridad, Fuerzas Policiales y Fuerzas Penitenciarias, a las distintas ONG e Instituciones, a familiares, amigos y allegados en general, a continuar sumándose en apoyo de todos quienes deben enfrentar esta injusta situación, a fin de afirmar, fortalecer e incrementar el planteo de los justos reclamos por acceder a una justicia verdaderamente independiente, imparcial y objetiva, a través del irrestricto respeto por la Constitución Nacional. La continuación de la ardua lucha en su apoyo, por la recuperación plena del estado de derecho y por la reparación del respeto y la credibilidad de las Instituciones de la República, así lo exige.
Expresamos nuestras sentidas condolencias a los familiares de los Oficiales Superiores fallecidos, compañeros de Promoción, Camaradas y amigos, rogándole al Señor, les conceda pronta y cristiana resignación.
