Not listening to generals was a reason why Hitler lost the war.
Well, Hitler made many mistakes, mostly at the end. i am not an expert. But i guess fighting basically all other Industrial nations at the Same time might have been a strategic mistake.
Hitler lost the war when he decided to attack the USSR. That opened up a two front war and his army couldn’t do both.
