La ciudad de Tampico, en el estado mexicano de Tamaulipas, propone un proyecto para convertirse en ‘capital mundial de los ovnis’, apoyada en un mito local que atrae turistas y en el que miles de visitantes preguntan por una supuesta base alienígena frente a Playa Miramar.
