Y detendrá el flujo de inmigrantes hacia Europa y, por extensión, hacia Europa. Funcionó. Libia consiguió algo de dinero, algo de tranquilidad. La inmigración ilegal de África a Europa se detuvo más o menos en seco… hasta que Estados Unidos y la UE decidieron deshacerse de Kadafi. Financiaron a los rebeldes que luchaban contra él.
Ahora Libia es un Estado fallido. Y la inmigración ilegal a Europa se ha multiplicado por diez. Sí, Kadafi era un bastardo. También Berlusconi. Si los libios querían vivir en una granja, recibían electrodomésticos, semillas y ganado gratis.
Si no podían recibir tratamiento en Libia, el Estado les financiaría más de 2.300 dólares de alojamiento y viajes para recibir tratamiento en el extranjero.
Si compraban un coche, el gobierno financiaba el 50% del precio.
El precio de la gasolina erar de U$ 0,14 dólares por litro.
Libia no tenía deuda externa y las reservas eran de 150 mil millones de dólares (ahora congeladas en todo el mundo)
