Todos aquellos que estamos imputados, a como dé lugar, por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad, en donde los miembros del poder judicial aplican “la política de estado” (al enemigo ni justicia) más que la Constitución, las leyes y códigos penales sabemos fehacientemente de que son capaces ciertos jueces y fiscales, que en definitiva actúan como verdaderos delincuentes.
Entre ellos se destaca el juez federal GUSTAVO HORNOS, integrante de la Sala IV de la Cámara de Casación Penal, un verdadero odiador de uniformados y de “otros”, entre ellos personas del sexo femenino. Así podemos citar un acontecimiento fellinesco ocurrido en octubre del año 1987 cuando era secretario judicial y su esposa con quien tenía 3 hijos lo denunciara por lesiones (las mismas concordaban con el relato de la cónyuge, que duramente golpeada cayó al suelo, donde el victimario apoyando una rodilla en el pecho la tomó violentamente del cuello). Él negó el hecho y la “justicia” de la mano del juez REMIGIO GONZALEZ MORENO, raudamente, sobreseyó y archivó la causa el 17 de noviembre de ese año, o sea antes que se cumplieran los 30 días.
Juez Sebastian Ramos. En enero de 2023, archivó una denuncia presentada contra Silvio Robles y Marcelo D’Alessandro por la filtración de una serie de chats en los que se puede ver al asesor de Horacio Rosatti (Miembro de la Corte Suprema) dándole indicaciones al funcionario. Poco después de que el magistrado negara tener vínculos sistemáticos con el Ministro, fueron filtradas nuevas conversaciones en las que ambos se trataban con familiaridad.
LO “PINTORESCO” ES QUE, EL 7 DE JUNIO DE 2018 ESTE CORRUPTO Y COBARDE JUEZ (GONZALEZ MORENO) FUE CONDENADO A CUATRO AÑOS Y SEIS MESES DE PRISIÓN POR… “VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO Y LESIONES GRAVES AGRAVADAS”, cometidas el 28 de septiembre de 2015, o sea 3 años antes de las perpetradas por HORNOS. Pasaron los años este leguleyo tambien llegó a juez y así vimos (publicado en este portal) como el 6 de septiembre de 2024 la justicia civil (paralelamente había causa penal), le impuso una restricción perimetral por 90 días, para que no se acerque a menos de 200 metros, debiendo cesar en el “hostigamiento” a T. S. con quien había mantenido una turbulenta relación sentimental antes de esa fecha. Dramáticamente injusto es lo que habría de pasar después.
El 20 de ese mismo mes la víctima en medio del estrés y el temor que vivía debió comparecer ante el fiscal GUILLERMO MARIJUÁN (tiene despacho en el mismo edificio que el togado acusado), acompañada por el abogado de familia, AGUSTÍN MÍGUEZ quien insistía para que desistiera de la acción penal. Allí cometió el error de hacerlo mediante la correspondiente firma y entonces a instancias del fiscal MARIJUÁN, que actuó más como mediador que como representante del ministerio al que pertenece, el juez SEBASTIÁN RAMOS que entendía en la causa dispuso el archivo exprés de la misma. Increíblemente el día 25 el diario La Nación con lujo de detalles publicaba: “CERRARON LA CAUSA CONTRA EL JUEZ GUSTAVO HORNOS POR VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO” https://www.lanacion.com.ar/politica/cerraron-la-causa-contra-el-juez-gustavo-hornos-por-violencia-de-genero-nid25092024/ Cuando T.S. en medio del caos que vivía intentó retractarse, “su” abogado MIGUEZ, se negó a asistirla. Así la víctima quedó en estado de indefensión y expuesta mediáticamente en forma negativa, con el agravante que ello también afectó y afecta senciblemente hoy a su hija de 12 años de edad. ¿SERÁ JUSTICIA?
