Contradiciéndolo, encuestas realizadas por la Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) y el Foro de Estudios sobre la Administración de Justicia (FORES), dan que el Índice de Confianza en la Justicia (ICJ) apenas alcanza el 24.8 sobre 100.
