Respetable y respetado ciudadano de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica
Quizás Usted no conozca de mi país, mientras que yo sí sé mucho del suyo. Tal es así que eso nos llevó a mi esposa y a mí a impulsar a nuestro hijo para que con nuestra nieta se radicaran en forma definitiva en el mismo. Hoy son personas trabajadoras y honestas que a más de producirnos orgullo nos dan la tranquilidad de estar dentro de un territorio democrático y serio en donde respetan y son respetados por el sistema.
Yo por el contrario, sufro las consecuencias de haber nacido y formado parte de Sudamérica, zona del mundo sobre el que si debe tener referencias generales. Días pasados le llamó la atención que en mi calidad de prisionero ilegal, escribiera una carta dirigida al presidente electo de su país Donald Trump, la que por diferentes vías y a cualquier costo se la haremos llegar. Muchos de ustedes a través de comentarios en nuestro sitio Web o por mail nos hicieron saber sobre el interrogante que les producía la misma, ya que él no era mi presidente.
Primeramente le diré que al mío Mauricio Macri como así también a la vicepresidente Gabriela Michetti ya les hicimos llegar numerosas cartas, e inclusive mi esposa publicó el 31/03/2016, una importante solicitada en el diario La Nación, dirigida a ellos. Estos como sus funcionarios solo respondieron con el silencio. O sea que como vulgarmente se dice: miraron para otro lado y no importa si lo que me pasa es ilegal. Como le dije esto es Sudamérica, lugar donde los terroristas que atacaron el territorio en los años 60 y 70 del siglo pasado, matando hombres, mujeres y niños, mutaron en “héroes” bien indemnizados (240.000 dólares) y pasaron a ocupar cargos gubernamentales.

Imagine que en su país en vez de ejecutar como hicieron en el año 2001, a Timothy R. McVeigh autor de colocar en 1995 la bomba en el edificio Alfred P. Murrah Federal en el centro de Oklahoma City, donde murieron 168 personas y 680 resultaran heridas, hoy fuera nombrado legislador o mandamás en algún ministerio. Imposible, ¿no?
De mi país si bien hay muchos, le daré dos “pequeños ejemplos”: UNO – Nilda Garré fue desde el 01/12/2005 al 15/12/2010 Ministra de Defensa (dependían de ella las fuerzas armadas) y desde el 15/12/2010 al 03/06/2013 Ministra de Seguridad de la Nación (dependían de ella las de seguridad y policiales). Actualmente ocupa el cargo de Diputada por la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. DOS – Cambió el gobierno y con el de CAMBIEMOS, Patricia Bullrich fue nombrada el 10/12/2015, Ministra de Seguridad de la Nación (dependiendo de ella las fuerzas de seguridad y policiales). Anteriormente fue diputada y tuvo numerosos cargos públicos. En ambos casos, las nombradas en su juventud pertenecieron a la organización terrorista Montoneros, lo cual es fácil de constatar a través de Internet. Es decir que los uniformados de una u otra área, policial o militar dependieron o dependen de ministerios a cargo de quienes en el pasado se dedicaban con especial ahínco a asesinar uniformados. Cierre los ojos y siga imaginando. En su país acaban de nombrar titular del Pentágono o el Departamento de Justicia, a un miembro de Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, Al-Shebah, o Estado Islámico. ¿Verdad que no lo puede concebir? Esa es la gran diferencia entre Norteamérica y Sudamérica y el principal motivo por el que en prisión al igual que otros muchos adultos mayores, y no teniendo a quien recurrir, le escribiera a su presidente electo DONALD TRUMP.
Así recuerda la prefectrura a su personal en prisión, y al que ya falleció en prisión. Lamento este “trencito de la alegría” con uno de los personajes setentistas al que hago referencia en esta Carta a un ciudadano Norteamericano. Bill Ayers did time and now he is a college professor. That’s the hole in the system. Can a guy like that be a teacher?

Remember Jared Loughner? Anyone? Loughner killed six people when he tried to assassinate Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in 2011. He is a conspiracy theorist who believed in a New World Order plot to brainwash people. Loughner must pay a restitution of $19 million to the victims’ fam and was sentenced to serve seven consecutive life terms plus 140 years in prison without parole. He is in jail where he deserve to be. I am not sure how you guys handle things in Argentina but I think your judiciary system must be on some kind of medication.

I can see in Argentina is almost the same. Terrorism lost thousands of battles in the seventies but they won the war because terrorists never give up. Never surrender. It is a fact they look for revenge now. It is not justice. It is retaliation and bad blood.
