Decreto desclasificado: El Pensamiento de Perón

Infobae publicó el decreto 1302, rubricado por el entonces presidente Juan Domingo Perón indicando eliminar las actividades subversivas que azotaban al país en los años ’70.

Para el líder del Partido Justicialista, la actividad subversiva consistía en la acción armada, colaborar y otorgar sustento material o ideológico a personas, grupos u organizaciones que buscan derrocar un gobierno a través de la fuerza y la violencia. De aquí se desprende que en su decreto secreto 1302, firmado el 27 de abril del año 1974, el presidente Juan Domingo Perón denominaba una pintada, un panfleto o una reunión de apoyo a un grupo terrorista, una actividad subversiva no violenta; condenándola por ser el inicio de los militantes recién captados, e involucrando en la misión de represión a las diferentes carteras -todos los ministerios- y en conjunto con la Central Nacional de Inteligencia.
