LA GRAN MAYORÍA TAN SOLO SON "RAMBOS DEL TECLADO", QUE DEBERÍAN APRENDER DE LA MILITANCIA Y CONSTANCIA DE LAS ORGAS DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS Y EL KIRCHNERISMO.
Finalmente salió el fallo de la Corte que dejó a la ex Presidenta de la Nación al borde de la cárcel. Si bien no fue como se espera, un nuevo 17 de octubre, la militancia se movilizó, fue hasta su actual domicilio donde hicieron y hacen vigila, se cortaron algunas rutas y hasta se tomaron algunas facultades. Incluso se prepara una gran marcha para acompañarla a presentarse en Tribunales, en los próximos días.
Mal que mal, se hicieron y se hacen sentir. Todos los medios hablan de ello.
TODO LO CONTRARIO SUCEDE EN EL MUNDO LESA.
Los que son encarcelados o citados a indagatoria concurren a los Tribunales en la mayor de las soledades. Incluso al momento de celebrarse los juicios, las sillas de la sala de audiencia están absolutamente vacías de camaradas o compañeros de promoción. Ni siquiera una visita de cortesía a los que están en detención domiciliaria, ni hablar de explotar las salas de visita de la cárcel de Campo de Mayo.
Pensar o tan siquiera imaginar una marcha a los Tribunales para hacer sentir el clamor contra esta ignominia llamada “juicios de lesa” es tan solo una gran utopía. De efectivizarse algo al respecto, serían los diez o quince de siempre, en otras palabras, un gran papelón, convirtiendo la misma en el hazme reír de las “orgas” de los derechos humanos.
COMO SIEMPRE DECIMOS NADIE VA A PELERA UNA GUERRA QUE SUS PROPIOS INTERESARADOS NO PELEAN.
De anverso, no se entiende el festejo de algunos retirados por la decisión de la Corte de confirmar la condena a la ex Presidenta de Nación. Y es que como no cabía esperar otra cosa de estos togados, el fallo es muy pobre, pareciera escrito entre gallos y medias noches, igual que los que escriben para los de ¨lesa”. Un fallo de la trascendencia institucional que tenía el caso merecía algo más elaborado, más contundente. No se puede caer en lo mismo que se critica, alabando a la Justicia cuando conviene y destrozándola cuando no. La Justicia sigue siendo el mismo mamarracho de siempre.
Está claro que este fallo, en nada cambiará la situación de sus camaradas presos. Al contrario el gobierno y los medios de comunicación saldrán a decir que tenemos una Justicia independiente que no solo encarcela militares sino también ex presidentes. De hecho el Presidente de la Nación expresó sobre el fallo de la Corte: “Al ser el primer presidente que no interfiere con la Justicia, los resultados están a la vista y la Justicia independiente hizo lo que tenía que hacer”, rematando: “Todo es mérito del Poder Judicial, de la Corte Suprema. Lo único que puedo decir es que he sido consistente con mi visión republicana, y dejar que los jueces actuaran libremente”.
Lo llamativo de esta declaración presidencial, es que la hace desde Israel, a donde fue a apoyar a ese Estado en su lucha contra el terrorismo y minutos antes de que lanzara un ataque contra Irán. ¿De no creer no?
En fin, como sea todos hacen sentir su reclamo en este país, los jubilados, los cristinistas, los del Garahan, los vecinos por inseguridad, menos los del “mundo lesa”. Este particular mundo ha aceptado la situación con alarmante pasividad, casi como un destino fatal del cual no pueden escapar. Para justificar su inacción pública, utilizan latiguillos como “ESTOY EN ZONA DE RIESGO CAMARADA” o ¿“QUE PODEMOS HACER…?, a la par que “valientemente” reenvían mensajes por WhatsApp o “disertan” en alguna comilona “privada” regada con buen vino; todo mientras esperan que “caiga maná del cielo”.
LA VERDAD SEÑORES, IRRITA Y DE SOBRE MANERA ESTA HIPOCRITA ACTITUD. Como dice el evangelio: “… que ni eres frío ni caliente. Ojalá fueses frío o caliente…”. EXASPERA ANTE TAÑANA INTERPELACIONES, NO REACCIONEN. Por Dios, parecería que en sus venas en vez de correr sangre corriera refrigerante.
Sobre el particular, no se puede ser injusto y no dejar de mencionar a los pocos que si “se la juegan”, dando la cara y como se dice vulgarmente “yendo al frente”. La Unión de Promociones (UP), la Asociación de Familiares y Amigos de Víctimas del Terrorismo en Argentina (AFAVITA), la Asociación de Veteranos de la Guerra Contra el Terrorismo (AVGCT) o la Comisión de Homenaje a Policías y Ciudadanos Muertos por la Violencia, entre otras; las mismas Promociones o camaradas que, en solitario, que se exponen corajudamente en público; o jugados como esta página con Claudio Kussman a la cabeza o el bloqueado Sottovia. Pero como siempre decimos son los menos, tristemente la gran mayoría ha optado por hacer exactamente “nada”, convirtiéndose, como ya se dice en todos lados, tan solo en los “rambos del teclado”. Cuanto se debería aprender de la militancia y constancia de las “orgas” de los derechos humanos y el kirchnerismo.
Reiteramos una vez más, aunque todos se hagan bien los distraídos, si no hay acciones estratégicas concretas y bien delineadas en concordancia con el futuro, con la masiva presencia pública de los retirados, todo lo que se haga será inútil. Y es que, si no se visibiliza la problemática, si no se demuestra que son muchos los que quieren terminar con esta ilegalidad, que los presos “de lesa” no están solos, que los camaradas están a su lado -con demostraciones públicas claras y contundentes-, si no se “da la cara” para explicarle a la sociedad lo que realmente está pasando y el gran negocio que son estos juicios, contando la verdad de los sucedido en los años 70 sin cortapisas; se seguirá lamentado la muerte de cada prisionero en la cárcel, hasta que ya no haya a quien despedir; dicho sea de paso, hasta los funerales de sus camaradas presos son en la más absoluta soledad.
Aunque se hagan los sordos, el grito silencioso de los presos políticos que claman desde el penal de Campo de Mayo y desde los domicilios donde yacen, como dice el Evangelio y que deberían escuchar: “Mi futuro está en tus manos; rescátame de los que me persiguen sin tregua… no permitas que me avergüencen… Que los malvados pasen vergüenza”. SOBRE TODO UN DIA TAN ESPECIAL COMO HOY, QUE ES EL DIA DEL PADRE.

Aunque se hagan los sordos, el grito silencioso de los presos políticos que claman desde el penal de Campo de Mayo y desde los domicilios donde yacen, como dice el Evangelio y que deberían escuchar: “Mi futuro está en tus manos; rescátame de los que me persiguen sin tregua… no permitas que me avergüencen… Que los malvados pasen vergüenza”. SOBRE TODO UN DIA TAN ESPECIAL COMO HOY, QUE ES EL DIA DEL PADRE.
