She was indeed a shining diamond in this world. Her bravery and loyalty are beyond describtion, and may she be a example for all of us throughout this world. She saved many lifes that day, and gave her life instead. But her life was not invane, because of her many generations will continue to live who were saved by her that day. May we honour her forever in our hearts.

How can those murderous four only get a few years in jail? Well, I guess That’s another proof that the so-called justice system is a screwed-up thing. Makes no sense. Those bastards should have been given a painful death passage. But no! Rather, they’re given a chance to live which in the long run, another of their terrorist brothers might probably hijack another plane demanding for their release as well. It all revolves in same circle over and over again. Yet the world never will be the same.

Lotus Blossom. Also the name of Hindu Goddess Laxmi
Lotus, represents pure/noble, because even though Lotus grows in mud, mud and filth just slide off it’s petals.
          Her name truly fit her.

One of the saddest stories I’ve ever heard of. Oh, Neerja. May you Rest in Peace. You passed away a hero. Thank you for saving all those lives and being brave. Such an amazing story. She deserves more recognition. There should be statues and holidays after her. I feel like it would show the world what having a heart and bravery really is.

Neerja’s bravery is so strong that she saved so many passengers from the hijack. It’s honestly such a shame that it costed her life.
She deserved to live a longer life than those evil terrorists.

Not all heroes are warriors. Some are just those that remember the value in their fellow man and that courage isn’t facing life without fear but facing life in SPITE of it. Neerja was one hell of a woman that deserves far better than she got. Let us hope she at least remains remembered.

What amazes me about Neerja is that by the age of 22 she was working as a flight attendant, freelancing as a TV reporter and print model, in a relationship, and died a hero. Fascinating! Great woman.
