Donald Trump ha lanzado su propio MAGADonald’s. Pero, por ahora, solo en formato de camisetas de su campaña electoral que, de acuerdo a la informacion de quienes rigen la página web de la tienda oficial, la prenda se agotó. Prontamente, gorras y tazas de cafe con la imagen saldran a la venta.
La camiseta que inmortalizó el breve instante en que el candidato republicano a la presidencia de EE.UU. atendió a los clientes en el autoservicio de un McDonald’s de Pensilvania, donde preparó papas fritas, fue lanzada a la venta este lunes.
Investigadores reportaron que la campaña de Trump envió correos electrónicos para notificar a los suscriptores de un “McRegalo”: una camiseta con MAGADonald’s. El botón ‘Reclama tu regalo’ redirigía a la web de recaudación de fondos donde “cada verdadero patriota de Trump” podía hacer el pedido a cambio de una donación de 45 a 1.000 dólares. Nada es gratis en el mundo MAGA.
La camiseta estaba disponible también el martes en la tienda ‘online’ de la campaña de Trump, donde se vendía por 35 dólares, más 7 dólares adicionales por el envío. Sin embargo, ahora lo único que pueden encontrar quienes quieran lucir un MAGADonald’s son las disculpas: “¡Lo sentimos! Las camisetas MAGADonald’s están agotadas. ¡Pero es nuestra camiseta mejor vendida y quiero que tengan una!”, indica el mensaje de Trump, que invita a todo interesado a hacer un pedido ahora, prometiendo que su equipo enviará la prenda “lo antes posible”.

The claim by Trump that “I am the first and only 2024 presidential nominee to work at McDonald’s” is false in 3 ways: 1) Trump never worked at McDonalds; 2) Trump was not working at McDonald’s in the pictures; and 3) Kamala did work at McDonald’s. 3 lies in one statement. Not sure if that is a record but impressive. And… free t-shirts? You have to “donate” 45 bucks t get a shirt you can buy and print anywhere for 15 bucks…
