Si bien no hay duda alguna que a Javier Milei le tocó la peor herencia de nuestra historia, incluyendo la económica que recibió Carlos Menem de Raúl Alfonsín en un remoto 1989, tampoco se puede negar que debe interactuar con un mundo exterior cada vez más complicado; el kirchnerismo nos ató al carro triunfal de los regímenes más siniestros y autoritarios, pero el Presidente está ejecutando, en materia geopolítica, un más que razonable giro copernicano, acercándonos a las democracias occidentales de las cuales nunca hubiéramos debido alejarnos. Si uno se detiene a observar en detalle un mapamundi, podrá comprobar cuántos nuevos conflictos se están desarrollando simultáneamente, cuánto han crecido los presupuestos militares en el mundo y cuántas positivas organizaciones internacionales están en serio riesgo de implosión.
La franca asociación con los Estados Unidos no sólo ya nos ha comenzado a aportar equipamiento militar (como el acceso a modernos aviones de combate daneses cuya compra había sido objetada por Gran Bretaña) sino que implica un claro y fundamental apoyo de Washington ante los organismos multilaterales de crédito, en especial frente al FMI, a pesar del disgusto que puede provocar en Joe Biden la amistad de Milei con Donald Trump, su duro contendiente en las elecciones de noviembre.
A los mismos efectos, no es irrelevante la posición del Gobierno en la criminal invasión que Vladimir Putin, en pos de recrear la Rusia zarista de la cual se imagina heredero, lleva adelante contra una Ucrania martirizada y cuyo fin nadie se atreve a pronosticar, pese al desgaste que está sufriendo Volodimir Zelensky por la falta de apoyo de algunas grandes potencias y por la pérdida de vidas y de material.
Irán ha desestabilizado definitivamente Medio Oriente, utilizando sus milicias terroristas (Hamas) para atacar a un Israel que, vejado y humillado por el criminal ataque del 7 de octubre de 2023, habilitó a Benjamín Netanyahu a desatar una brutal represión en la Franja de Gaza y atacar objetivos en Cisjordania y Siria, incrementando el riesgo de una conflagración nuclear en toda la zona y, a la vez, a despejar los nubarrones domésticos que se cernían sobre su gobierno. Sin duda nos recuerdan los atentados que concretaron contra la Embajada y la AMIA aquí, cuya responsabilidad le ha sido adjudicada definitivamente a Irán por la Cámara Federal de Casación en un histórico fallo emitido esta misma semana; esa condena, y la siniestra amenaza del terrorismo a realizar nuevas “proezas” contra los enemigos de Irán en el mundo, ha llevado a aumentar el estado de alerta en nuestro país,
América Latina, que fue durante años un continente de paz, no es ajena ya a las tensiones internacionales, en razón tanto de los alineamientos geopolíticos en la nueva guerra fría global cuanto de la confrontación local entre los populismos de izquierda, aquí básicamente disfrazados de socialismo del siglo XXI, y las repúblicas democráticas que, según parece, van recuperando paulatinamente terreno. Los recientes conflictos territoriales entre Venezuela y Guyana por el Esequibo, y los roces diplomáticos que involucran a México, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia y Brasil, son síntomas claros de esa nueva situación.
Si todo esto fuera poco, es sabido que Cuba, con el apoyo de Venezuela –ésta aliada de Irán, como Bolivia- ha vuelto a las andadas en materia de terrorismo, como hizo en los 60’s y 70’s, cuando pretendió extender su revolución a toda la región, y se han detectado infiltrados de esas nacionalidades para generar violencia en varios países. Se expanden, además, las violentas organizaciones narco-criminales mexicanas, brasileñas y bolivianas; ya corre inocente sangre en Ecuador y Argentina, y una clara preocupación al respecto surge en Uruguay y en Chile.

Los aviones estan en constante revisión: motores, tren de aterrizaje, instrumental, “chaperío”. No es como cuentan, todos tienen que estar actualizados sino no estan autorizados a volar. Lo mismo pasa con aviones comerciales que supustamente “son viejos”. El problema es que las armas e instrumental son, unas de Inglaterra (el enemigo) y el resto de la OTAN, si no nos dan los códigos (pasó en Malvinas con los Misiles, que gracias a los oficios ajenos, se consiguieron); nos quieren de Destacamento y el gato de albañal, nos entregó completos, Malvinas y Antártida. Ni hablar del Oro, Litio, Cobre, Petróleo, Gas. Nada de eso ya, esta en manos del país, por lo tanto, lo de los aviones, es una distracción.
