El 15 de diciembre pasado, faltando 10 días para la navidad 2023, la monotonía de la última audiencia del año en el juicio “La Escuelita VIII”, que por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad se lleva adelante en la ciudad de Neuquén, se vio quebrada por un planteo que hiciera al Tribunal el fiscal MIGUEL PALAZZANI. Enterado que el personal de la Prefectura Naval Argentina a cargo de la seguridad del lugar, había filmado y tomando fotos en el evento, hizo saber de su molestia por el procedimiento. La jueza PAULA MARISI, a cargo de la presidencia, ¿quién ignoraba lo que pasaba?, de inmediato requirió un informe escrito a la Prefectura, ordenando se entregara fotos y filmaciones. Así la fuerza, más rápido que ligero, respondió que era norma tomar imágenes en los servicios de vigilancia que prestaba, pero prometió dejar de hacerlo en este caso. Ahora bien, si Ud. es un uniformado, medio o muy obsecuente, de los que tantos que abundan en nuestras Instituciones y no lo sabe, debo hacerle una advertencia. Que de encontrarse frente al iracundo y militante fiscal federal PALAZZANI, así se ponga firme, pegue las manos y le haga la venia, como si fuera un general, este igual se sentirá molesto y haciendo gala de su poder (transitorio por supuesto) lo expresará groseramente en forma verbal o a través de un escrito judicial. Pero, por el contrario, si en el medio del juicio a Ud. el acompañante de alguna de las “querellantas” intenta agredirlo, o si un “testigo-victima” insulta a su madre (caso LARREA), o en el edificio tribunalicio cuelgan pancartas abusivas contra los imputados, o sea nosotros, o los testigos que presenta el ministerio fiscal, mienten en forma burda y más que evidente (caso PASCHETTA y QUARTUCCI ), entonces TODO PASA A SER DIFERENTE. Allí se podrá ver a “las querellantas” y al “público” militante agrediendo a los gritos a los, como siempre solitarios acusados, mientras que ellos y los togados impunemente… “hacían la vista gorda” (1).
