Gracias a la “política de estado” que por acuerdo de TODOS los partidos políticos se implementó en el país, para lograr condenas hasta el día de nuestra muerte como imputados por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad, se le facilitó la tarea y se les garantizó la impunidad a los fiscales federales argentinos. Así estos, se transformaron en adalides de “la memoria, verdad y justicia”, que por supuesto son para unos sí y para los otros… que se jodan. De esta forma hasta el más torpe de ellos logra” resonantes éxitos” y aparte de las prebendas que puedan recibir, son invitados a dar charlas y conferencias sobre derechos humanos, justicia, patria, democracia, constitución y mucho más. Con ello el ego de los mismos, los transformaron en verdaderos semidioses para los cuales leyes y códigos penales, casi no los comprenden. Entre los numerosos recursos y tramoyas que disponen, podemos mencionar el “ablandamiento” al que nos someten a través de prisiones preventivas de 8, o más años, en las promiscuas cárceles argentinas. Allí abusando de nuestra condición de adultos mayores es donde nos “queman” el cerebro a la vista de todos, todas y “todes”, llegando al juicio en muy desventajosas condiciones físicas y mentales. Luego de ello conforman laberínticas mega causas en las que entre centenares de testigos-víctimas reales, que en la mayoría de los casos poco aportan, intercalan a los que podríamos considerar los” testigos-victimas a la carta”. No es descabellado “inferir” que algunos de ellos, que hoy se expresan como verdaderos miembros de la congregación de las carmelitas descalzas, en el pasado bien pudieron ser asesinos terroristas. Días pasados mostramos el caso de CARLOS ALBERTO PASCHETTA, el testigo que viajó en la máquina del tiempo y hoy haremos mención del testigo-víctima GUILLERMO QUARTUCCI. Relacionado con el iracundo doctor MIGUEL PALAZZANI, antes que este fuera nombrado fiscal federal (Lo asistió como querellante el día 23 de agosto de 2012 ante la Cámara de Casación Penal en una causa caratulada “NÉSTOR OMAR GREPPI Y OTROS SU RECURSO DE CASACIÓN”), fue presentado en la audiencia 12, del día 19 de mayo pasado en la Mega Causa Zona 5. Detenido por autoridades militares y policiales en el año 1976, en Jacinto Araoz, Provincia de La Pampa, logró darse a la fuga, interviniendo en esos acontecimientos la justicia federal. Registrando domicilio en la calle Irigoyen 252 4 c de Bahía Blanca, el lugar habría sido allanado y al respecto textualmente dijo:
—Pero sucedió algo muy impactante y muy violento a mi familia. Llegaron una tarde, tardecita 4 personas y allí estaban mi padre y su familia. 2 fueron reconocidos, los apellidos eran KUSSMAN y NOEL y otros 2. Llegaron sin ninguna orden judicial y los encerraron en la cocina.
—Estos 2 nombres los supe muy pronto, tanto es así que en el 2004 cuando se abren estos juicios por lesa humanidad, fui a Comodoro Pi, vi al Fiscal DELGADO y ante el hice una larguísima declaración de los hechos, del allanamiento y elnombre de esas 2 personas, KUSSMAN y NOEL y lo declaré en mi testimonio ante FEDERICO DELGADO.

Obtenida una copia de esa declaración fuera del ámbito judicial, tan vedado para quienes estamos imputados por este tipo de delitos, en la misma nada había mencionado QUARTUCCI.
Textualmente continuó: “luego lo volví a hacer en la fiscalía especial de Bahía Blanca con el fiscal ABÉL CÓRDOBA, hace más de 20 años dije quienes habían sido los que allanaron mi casa.
—Fue muy tremendo porque fue muy violento.
Esa declaración obtenida fuera de fiscalía y tribunal, figura en una ampliación ante PALAZZANI con fecha 12 de septiembre de 2013, y DICE: “También supe a través de mi hermano que el allanamiento en mi domicilio lo efectuó personal del Comando Radioeléctrico de Bahía Blanca encabezados por KUSSMAN y NOEL”. ALLÍ NO SE HABLA DE VIOLENCIA ALGUNA. En su declaración contradijo al testigo-victima VÍCTOR ADOLFO LANDI, quien manifestó no haber visto violencia alguna, y a su vez desdijo al fiscal FERMENTO cuando este consideró que lo habían secuestrado. Ante este tipo de maniobras sucias llevadas a cabo impunemente por la fiscalía, decir que tenemos derecho a defensa, realmente sí que es una criminal falacia que, dé a uno nos lleva a la indigna muerte en prisión.
