En el año 1895 el escritor británico HERBERT GEORGE WELLS, publicó la novela de ciencia ficción “The Time Machine”, gran éxito de la época, dando nacimiento así a los viajes a través del tiempo. Hoy, yo, casi puedo dar fe que esa máquina existe y está en poder de los fiscales de Bahía Blanca, intervinientes en la Mega Causa Zona 5 que me tiene como uno de sus 38 imputados. De no ser así, debo decir que estos funcionarios son unos falaces que nos están matando a través de las burdas mentiras que le son aceptadas, sin que ningún miembro del poder judicial se ruborice. Todo comenzó el día 4 de julio del corriente año, cuando el fiscal PABLO FERMENTO presentara al “testigo-victima” CARLOS ALBERTO PASCHETTA. Este dijo haber sido detenido el 15 de diciembre de 1975, junto con 2 hermanos de apellido Sestito, (ese día en Bahía Blanca “los jóvenes idealistas” Montoneros habían emboscado a una patrulla militar, asesinando al cabo BRUNO ROJAS (26) y al soldado RENÉ PAPINI (21-). Según él fue llevado al edificio de Inteligencia del Ejército sito en calle Chiclana donde fue golpeado y permaneció hasta la noche. En su relato dijo haber sido trasladado a la Comisaria Primera donde lo torturaron con picana eléctrica y les mostraban como lo hacían con una mujer de nombre LAURA, identificada por el fiscal y la “querellanta” Dra. FERNANDEZ AVELLO con el apellido MANZO, tomado de una lista de la fiscalía, tratándose de una de las víctimas que me achacan a mí.

En esa dependencia policial PASCHETTA, según dijo, permaneció hasta el 20 o 22 de diciembre, siendo luego trasladado a la Cárcel de Villa Floresta. Ahora bien, está debidamente documentado que MANZO fue detenida a las 06.15 horas del día 29 de diciembre, o sea que, de no contarse con la máquina del tiempo, faltaban 7 días para para su apresamiento. El poder y los medios de los que dispone la Justicia ¿No son una maravilla? La misma fiscalía el día 11 de septiembre pasado, presentó al testigo EMILIO PEDRO PAUSELLI que dijo haber pertenecido o pertenecer al Partido Comunista, quien entregó la copia de un “Habeas Corpus” a favor de los hermanos JUAN y SILVIO SESTITO detenidos junto con PASCHETTA. El mismo tiene fecha del 16 de diciembre de 1975, lo cual más allá de todo testimonio, certifica la fecha exacta de las detenciones y la imposibilidad de haber visto a la víctima LAURA MANZO. Pero esto no es todo, obtuvimos fuera del ámbito judicial, una declaración de PASCHETTA de fecha 16 de junio de 2011 y la misma fiscalía bahiense utilizó a este “testigo-victima” para condenar, hace una década, al Teniente Coronel WALTER BARTOLOMÉ TEJADA (fallecido días pasados). Siempre con igual fecha (15 diciembre de 1975) el testigo dijo haber sido detenido y torturado en la dependencia militar, donde permaneció 4 o cinco días (no en la comisaria). Agregó que en ese lugar se encontraba LAURA MANZO, a quien torturaban. En este caso ya no faltaban 7, sino 9 o más días para que esta fuera arrestada. En el marco de la Mega Causa Zona 5, recientemente dijo que en la dependencia militar no había otros detenidos y en el 2011 que escuchaban como torturaban a otras personas, entre ellas a LAURA MANZO. Como se ve, un verdadero testigo “A LA CARTA”. La impunidad y el poder que exhiben los fiscales en este tipo de causas en donde nadie les llama la atención, los han convencido de ser sagaces y justicieros semidioses dueños de la memoria, verdad y justicia. Como se puede ver “su” máquina del tiempo todo lo puede, incluyendo nuestras arbitrarias muertes. De nosotros depende que esta nos encuentre de pie… o arrodillados.

No se dan cuenta que el kirchnerismo está en caída libre hacia el piso por el precipio. Es cuestión de tiempo y todo cambiarán. Sin dudas que será lento, pero serán puestos en el patíbulo y el pueblo los escupirá como en la edad medio. Los testigos / víctimas y los fiscales TAMBIÉN
