Como es bien sabido la Unidad Penitenciaria Federal 34 ubicada en Campo de Mayo, sirve de cautiverio a algo más de 7 decenas de adultos mayores, imputados a como dé lugar por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad, que por supuesto no figuran en la agenda del León (y su hermana) que hace temblar a los zurdos de no sé dónde y además admira a AUGUSTO PINOCHET, pero no a RAFAEL VIDELA. Entre ellos se encontraba JUAN POMARES, de 71 años, ocupante de la celda 2 del pabellón “D” a quien conocí a fines de 2014 en la Unidad 31 de Ezeiza, compartiendo espacio en el pabellón 19 (Barrio Chino). De conducta correcta, callado y profunda fe cristiana, estaba con prisión preventiva desde el año 2011. A fines de noviembre de 2017 el Tribunal Oral Federal 1 de La Plata LO ABSOLVIÓ, en medio de la protesta de representantes de organizaciones radicalizadas de derechos humanos para quienes los miembros del poder judicial tienen que ser esbirros a su servicio (Y EN MUCHOS CASOS LO SON). El 9 de junio de 2020, el tribunal volvió a absolverlo, pese a ello su situación no cambió y el 23 de febrero del corriente año su proceso se reactivó volviendo a juicio nuevamente (MÁS HIJOPUTISMO A LA VISTA DE TODOS, TODAS Y “TODES” …IMPOSIBLE). Así en horas de la mañana del día de ayer viernes fue encontrado en su celda por los guardias con las venas de sus muñecas cortadas. De inmediato se aisló el pabellón, se retiró en una ambulancia al suicida y se impuso el total silencio de lo ocurrido. Se limpió y ordenó la celda, confirmándose que POMARES no volverá a ese lugar. A pesar del muro y la censura que se levantó sobre el hecho, pudimos establecer qué habría sido trasladado al Hospital Municipal Dr. Raúl F. Larcade, Ubicado en la Avenida Presidente Perón 2311, San Miguel, Provincia de Buenos Aires. Establecimiento sobre el que existen innumerables quejas por problemas edilicios, incluyendo desprendimientos de revestimientos en áreas operativas, además de frecuentes casos judiciales por mala praxis médica. Por supuesto del mentiroso Hospital Penitenciario Federal (de excelencia a decir de los funcionarios falaces que supimos conseguir) no se habla. Instalado un tenso clima tanto en el personal penitenciario como así en los prisioneros el silencio impuesto continua al momento de esta publicación.
