En estos momentos la población de diferentes continentes a la que pertenecí en tiempos lejanos, celebra en familia, la Nochebuena y con la llegada del nuevo día, la Navidad. No es igual en el mundo paralelo en el que estoy encerrado, a como dé lugar, junto con muchos otros imputados, por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad. En consecuencia, no puedo volver a la normalidad que viví hasta los 66 años de edad (ahora tengo 78) cuando unos delincuentes del poder judicial federal, dolosamente, me involucraron en este tipo de delitos y espontáneamente me presenté y me puse a disposición de la “justicia, hasta que 3 años después me detuvieron. Me resulta imposible no experimentar por algunas horas la iniquidad que junto con mi familia vivimos, y de allí que pese al día y a la celebración, no pueda dejar de expresarme. En esta condición sobreviví al deshonesto gobierno de CRISTINA KIRCHNER, al del deshonesto y falaz MAURICIO MACRI, nuevamente al de CRISTINA y finalmente al de JAVIER MILEI y VICTORIA VILLARRUEL. A esta administración no la calificaré, todavía, pero sí resaltaré algunas de sus desalentadoras “promesas” como las del ex juez ALBERTO BAÑOS, flamante Secretario de Derechos Humanos de la Nación. Este ratificó que la Secretaría a su cargo continuará participando en los juicios por delitos ocurridos durante la dictadura militar, en virtud de compromisos internacionales y leyes que ha sancionado la Argentina (falacia total, porque con nosotros no se cumplen esos acuerdos). Que la Ex ESMA, seguirá con las mismas actividades “culturales” que desarrolló hasta hoy, desmintiendo así las manifestaciones vertidas durante la campaña electoral, por la actual vicepresidenta VICTORIA VILLARRUEL. Esta había sugerido repensar el rol y destino de las 17 hectáreas que conforman el terreno, ubicado en la Avenida Libertador al 8100, en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Eso sí, remarcó que habrá un simbólico cambio de paradigma, instalando una oficina en el Ministerio de Justicia, además de las que cuenta en el mismo predio de la EX ESMA. Esto implica que la Secretaría no solo intervendrá en casos de lesa humanidad, como hasta ahora, sino que apuntará a reivindicar derechos esenciales de las personas, como la alimentación, la educación, la vivienda en ambientes sustentables, etc. ¿No son una maravilla los “gigantescos” cambios que se avecinan? (1). Por supuesto sus palabras están en consonancia con lo expresado por el nuevo Ministro de Justicia MARIANO CUNEO LIBARONA, ya publicadas en este portal. Más aún con las del mismo JAVIER MILEI cuando el día 23 de julio pasado, en el programa de tv “GPS” ante preguntas del periodista ROLANDO GRAÑA, dijera: “Si cometieron un delito de lesa humanidad, tienen que cumplir la pena”, publicadas también en este sitio 4 días después. Consecuentemente y acorde a la “memoria, verdad y justicia” para unos sí y para otros no, nuestra verdadera libertad y justicia siguen estando en la paz de los cementerios.
