En las últimas horas el flamante Ministro de Justicia de la Nación Dr. MARIANO CÚNEO LIBARONA, en los medios de comunicación se refirió a los juicios por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad. A mi entender sus declaraciones presentan un tétrico e injusto panorama para quienes estamos imputados por ese tipo de delitos, teniendo en cuenta que es un muy experimentado abogado que conoce en profundidad todo lo bueno y todo lo malo, entiéndase putrefacto, del poder judicial argentino.
Al sostener: “que se debe juzgar integralmente lo que sucedió en los años ‘70 en línea con lo que persigue desde hace tiempo, la actual vicepresidente, VICTORIA VILLARRUEL, sentando en el banquillo de los acusados a los militantes (terroristas) que sobrevivieron aquella época” lo muestra culposa o dolosamente desubicado en tiempo y espacio. Digo esto, porque llega 20 años tarde y de comenzar ahora, con los tiempos de la “justicia” tendrán que legalizar las prisiones preventivas post-mortem, para poder decretárselas a los “nuevos” imputados. Ahora bien, lo más grave y alucinante de sus “novedosos” dichos fue cuando dijo: “Todos los juicios que están en trámite seguirán por su canal normal a través de la justicia en forma independiente y libre, y con los estándares que hoy existen”. Sin tocar la irretroactividad de la ley, para no perder tiempo, me pregunto si por “su canal normal” se referirá a:
¿Las prisiones preventivas de 8, 10 o más años?
¿A las detenciones por “inferencias”?
¿Al actual envió de adultos mayores casi despojos humanos, a la cárcel?
¿A la mala praxis carcelaria-judicial que todos sabemos que existe, de siempre, y que impunemente tantas vidas han costado?
¿A los testigos falsos que los togados no quieren ver?
¿A dormir las denuncias cuando uno con pruebas denuncia un falso testigo-víctima?
¿A los fiscales militantes al estilo de los ABEL CÓRDOBA, ¿MIGUEL PALAZZANI (iracundo en el trato), JOSÉ NEBBIA, ¿PABLO FERMENTO y muchos otros?

Di Natale atribuyó a su ex pareja Mariano Cuneo Libarona haber confesado que Yoma cobró 400 mil dólares como coima por su intervención en la venta ilegal de armas y que el traficante de armas Diego Palleros la hizo depositar a su nombre.
