Hace algunos días, en el juicio conocido como el “Villazo”, que se está realizado en la ciudad de Rosario, el Fiscal en sus alegatos, sin ponerse colorado espetó: “HAY QUE DECIRLO, EL NEXO ENTRE LA TRIPLE AAA Y PERON ERA EL OFICIAL DEL EJERCITO MOHAMED ALI SEINELDIN”.
Francamente, el delirio que ya se exhibe en los juicios denominados “de lesa”, no tiene límite alguno. Querer “ensuciar’ a quien se considera como una figura emblemática como es el “turco” Seineldin, en el lodo de estos circos judiciales, tal como se hace con cada oficial o suboficial de las Fuerzas Armadas, de Seguridad, o Policiales, ya roza lo patológico.
Ahora, lo llamativo no es el desvarío de los Fiscales Federales de Derechos Humanos, sino la falta de reacción de los retirados.
Quien suscribe, recibe por los menos media docena de WhatsApp diarios alabando y reivindicando la figura de Seineldin, aunque llamativamente, ante semejante afrenta de este Fiscal Federal, NO HUBO REACCION ALGUNA.
Ni un WhatsApp, ni una carta a los lectores, ni una convocatoria a un acto de desagravio. Nada de nada. NI HABLAR DE UNA MASIVA MARCHA A LOS TRIBUNALES FEDERALES DE ROSARIO PARA REPUDIAR ESTA VERDADERA IGNOMINIA. NO LO HACEN POR SUS CAMARADAS PRESOS DESDE HACE AÑOS, TAMPOCO NO LO HARAN POR QUIEN CONSIDERAN UN INCONO COMO EL “TURCO” SEINELDIN.
El efecto Seineldin en los “juicios de lesa”.
Como siempre decimos, parece que para los retirados no hay punto de inflexión que los haga reaccionar, nada los conmueve y nada los hace salir de su eterna inacción. Tan solo buenas reuniones de asado, buen vino y jactancia de información A1, la tal cual suele decirse, es “pescado podrido”.
Esta enajenación de los juicios “de lesa” demuestra una vez más, que nadie está a salvo y por más implacable “low profile” que practiquen los retirados, no los salvaran de ser imputados en algún juicio, por más disparatada que sea la imputación. HACE VEINTE AÑOS QUE LO VIENEN HACIENDO, ¿QUE LOS HARIA CESAR EN ESTA LOCURA?
Se podría mencionar numerosos ejemplos de militares que con obscena soberbia instaban a los demás a “no meterse” en estos temas, ya que los que se metieran irían presos. POCO TIEMPO DESPUES TERMINARON ELLOS TAMBIEN PRESOS Y ALGUNOS CONDENADOS A PERPETUA. Los que alardeaban de llamar a “no meterse”.
Tampoco están a salvo, los que hipócritamente vociferan que quisieran meterse pero no pueden porque “estoy en zona de riesgo camarada”, como los que descaradamente y sin vergüenza alguna manifiestan ¿“que podemos hacer?… nada…”. Incluso, algunos llegaron al ridículo de dudar en acompañar a las esposas de los presos en una reunión en un bar, por temor a sufrir allanamientos y que les armen una causa penal.
Ya lo anticipó un reconocido querellante en una reunión en el Congreso Nacional, “queda para 30 o 40 años más de juicios”. Y vaya si trabajan para ello sea una cruda realidad, al punto de haber logrado que un inmenso temor se apodere de la gran mayoría de los retirados, conduciéndolos indefectiblemente a una férrea inamovilidad.
No nos cansamos de decirlo pues es la triste situación, los retirados solo esperan, resignadamente que “caiga mana del cielo”, es decir que algún piadoso político ponga punto final a estas aberraciones jurídicas. Nada más. Nada de movilizarse, de “copar” las salas de audiencia de los juicios o de “reventar” la sala de visita de Campo de Mayo. De concurrir masivamente a los actos de homenaje que se realizan, ni mencionarlo.
¿NO SE QUIERE ENTENDER QUE NINGUN POLITICO VA A PELAER UNA GUERRA QUE SUS PROPIOS INTERESADOS NO PELEAN?
No lo hizo Macri, menos lo va a hacer el “León”. A los libertarios solo les interesa la economía y nada más. A la par, que están absolutamente convencidos que los militares los van a votar, aunque continúen humillándolos, sea sacándoles el haber de retirado cuando son condenados, cobren sueldos de hambre los de actividad o sigan permitiendo el vaciamiento de la Obra Social; por el solo hecho de que no vuelva el kirchnerismo. Como si algo, en materia de militares, diferenciara a kirchneristas y anarcos capitalistas. Los libertarios no parecen estar muy equivocados, muchos retirados, con cierto conformismo, dicen: “¿Y, a quien vamos a votar, queda otra?”
La situación es un verdadero circulo vicioso, dado que los jueces, que, si bien están hartos de estos juicios, nada hacen y los siguen casi por inercia, al ver que el tema no está en la agenda del gobierno y poco le importa a los de actividad o retirados de las Fuerzas Armadas.
Peor están los muchachos de las policías provinciales, los cuales no solo no cuentan con la ayuda de sus camaradas, sino que los de actividad y sobre todo los Altos Mandos están más preocupados por congraciarse con quien gane en cada provincia y porque no les toquen sus negociados. A los presos “de lesa”, como se dice “que les parta un rayo”. Situación similar padecen los de las fuerzas de seguridad, como los de Gendarmería y Prefectura y la Policía Federal, que si bien cuentan con cierto aval los de actividad por parte de la actual Ministra de Seguridad de la Nación, que los usa para “cagar a palos” a los jubilados. Misma Ministra que nada hace por los retirados de esas fuerzas que están presos por “lesa”, incluso les manda Asuntos Internos para que los exoneren y les saquen el haber de retiro cuando están condenados.
