Hace días, en el debate por el veto presidencial en la Cámara de Diputados, una diputada de la izquierda bramó: “la política de este gobierno es un verdadero gerontocidio”. Más allá de que tenga o no razón, seguramente aplaude y vitorea el mismo gerontocidio que las políticas de derechos humanos llevan adelante contra los viejos que son deliberadamente asesinados en una cárcel por el solo hecho de estar imputados o condenados en delitos de lesa humanidad.
En el mismo sentido, desde los medios de comunicación kirchenristas se tilda al veto presidencial de la ley de movilidad económica como un “verdadero genocidio contra los jubilados”, a la par que consumen hasta la última gota de saliva festejando que los “viejos de lesa” se mueran en una cárcel.
Pongamos blanco sobre negro. El llamado gerontocidio, en los términos expresados, es el abandono hasta la muerte de personas ancianas. Entonces, ¿que es el abandono de personas gravemente enfermas y con serias patologías de salud en una cárcel, porque se le niega arbitrariamente la detención en modalidad domiciliaria, por el solo hecho de ser “causas de lesa”?
PARA ELLOS ¿ESTO ES JUSTICIA?
Debe quedar claro, que lo único que se busca es que se respete el modo de cumplimiento de una condena, la que está expresamente regulada en la ley y dispone que las personas de 70 años o más y con problemas de salud, pueden cumplirla en modalidad domiciliaria. Este es el quid de la cuestión, ¡NO OTRO!.
AL RESPECTO, NUNCA FALTA UN MAL INTENCIONADO QUE SALE A VOCIFERAR LOS SUPUESTOS HECHOS QUE HABRÍAN COMETIDO ESTAS PERSONAS -EN SU GRAN MAYORÍA INVENTADOS, FALACES Y TOTALMENTE TERGIVERSADOS-, REGODEÁNDOSE EN ESA MORBOSIDAD, RECORDÁNDOLES UNA VEZ MÁS, QUE POR ESOS PRESUNTOS HECHOS FUERON JUZGADOS Y SE RECIBIO UNA CONDENADA POR LOS MISMOS, EN MUCHOS CASOS EN REITERADAS OPORTUNIDADES. ¿DE QUE IMPUNIDAD ENTONCES HABLAN? COMO DIREMOS HASTA EL HARTAZGO NO SE TRATA DE IMPUNIDAD SINO DE LEGALIDAD. ABURRE YA, TANTA IGNOMINIA.
Para esta gente, parece que un anciano que no pueda comprar un remedio es una injusticia, pero que otro anciano no reciba la atencion médica eficaz y como consecuencia de ello muera en una cárcel, es un acto de justicia. Omiten deliberadamente que el art. 16 de la Constitución Nacional dice que todos los hombres son iguales a ante la Ley.
LA DOBLE MORAL DEL LLAMADO GERONTOCIDIO A FULL.
Dicho sea de paso y hablando de doble moral, devino realmente de antología escuchar a los diputados kirchneristas rasgarse la vestidura por los jubilados y despotricar contra los gastos de este gobierno; cuando veneran a una ex Presidenta y Vice-Presidenta de la Nación que cobra 23 “palos” de jubilación y que cuando fue Presidenta vetó la ley que establecía una jubilación mínima equivalente al 82% del salario mínimo, vital y móvil de los trabajadores activos.
Los que se autoproclaman como los adalides de la representación del pueblo, todavía se preguntan ¿por qué ganó el libertario con el 56 % de los votos y tras un feroz ajuste, que solo soportan la clase media y la baja, conserva más del 40% de imagen positiva?
Al respecto, no podemos dejar de señalar que la doble moral tambien ataca a los libertadores, que en campaña vociferaban “NO FUERON 30.000 DESAPARECIDOS” O “DURANTE LOS 70 HUBO UNA GUERRA EN LA QUE LAS FUERZAS DEL ESTADO COMETIERON EXCESOS”; pero avalan con su ensordecedor silencio este otro gerontocidio.
Justamente, todo aquel que haya caminado por un penal donde están detenidos los llamados “de lesa”, sabe que los propios integrantes del Servicio Penitenciario, el que sea, reconocen que no los pueden tener, a la vez que admiten -en voz baja- que nada pueden decir por orden de los Superiores. ESTO, QUE ES UN SECRETO A VOCES, ¿NO LO SABRÁ LA MINISTRA DE SEGURIDAD DE LA NACIÓN QUE AHORA TIENE A SU CARGO DEL SERVICIO PENITENCIARIO FEDERAL?. Como sea, es preocupante, pues si no lo sabe no tiene la idoneidad suficiente para ocupar ese cargo, y si lo sabe y no hace nada, es realmente una felonía.
Esto no es nada nuevo, ya en el año 2016 un funcionario del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Nación, en la gestión macrista, constató esta realidad y hasta pudo constatar de propia boca de funcionarios penitenciarios los retos y presiones que recibían de los jueces cuando los dictámenes médicos reflejaban la realidad de que los detenidos “de lesa” no podían permanecer allí. Vaya a saber en qué despacho quedo durmiendo ese informe, pues el entonces gobierno macrista ni nota tomo de esto.
DE MÁS ESTA DECIR, QUE NADA CABE ESPERAR DE LA JUSTICIA FEDERAL, TOTALMENTE CEBADA POR AÑOS Y AÑOS DE HACER LO “POLÍTICAMENTE CORRECTO” PARA COBRAR SUS OBSCENOS SUELDOS CON PANCHA TRANQUILIDAD; MIENTRAS QUE DESDE LA POLÍTICA SE MIRA PARA OTRO Y LAS ORGAS DE DERECHOS HUMANOS SIGUEN GRITANDO Y GRITANDO A LA PAR QUE LOS CAMARADAS DE LOS PRESOS SIGUEN Y SIGUEN CON SU BRAVURA POR WHASTAPP.
La doble moral de la clase política, la complacencia del Poder Judicial, el eterno griterío de los derechos humanos y la inerte pasividad de los camaradas de los presos, un combo perfecto para que todo siga igual, como hasta ahora.

I’m sure there was plenty of fantastic men women in Éire over the years of oppression, that showed great bravery and knowledge, however has anyone ever changed the country as much as Michael Collins.

Collins ranks high among those who have stood up against injustice by oppressive regimes. Ireland has a true worthy son in whom to invest their gratitude and pride.
I’ve always felt close to Ireland because it’s a nation that knows what it means to fight for freedom much like our own Jomo Kenyatta and the Mau Mau did for Kenya in the 50s and 60s. I visited Cork, Beal na Blath, in 1996 where this great man was assassinated.

I’m not Irish, however I have great respect for Michael Collins, and the brave Irish people who’ve fought the british/English since the middle ages, thanks for providing more insight to this great man
He wanted to get His Country out of British subservience! He may well have succeeded ; but unfortunately Militants asasinated him in West Cork; allowing Others to take the country into dark days for decades! Still one of my all time Heroes!

My last pay test was $9500 operating 12 hours per week on line. my sisters buddy has been averaging 15k for months now and she works approximately 20 hours every week. i can not accept as true with how easy it become as soon as i tried it out.
