El CEO de Tesla y Space X, Elon Musk, ha reafirmado su total apoyo a Javier Milei, asegurando que el presidente argentino “está haciendo todos los movimientos correctos” para que el país tenga un crecimiento económico.
“Le pido a la gente en Argentina que le dé apoyo a Milei, porque creo que va a funcionar muy bien”, aseguró el magnate durante una breve intervención este miércoles en el foro ‘El renacer de la libertad en Argentina y el mundo’, organizado por la Fundación Libertad y Progreso y el Cato Institute, un ‘think-tank’ con sede en Washington.
Musk cree que “es muy importante que Argentina tenga éxito y que le demos al presidente Milei todo nuestro apoyo” para que pueda implementar sus ideas libertarias en el país.
“Mi predicción es que, a menos que Milei sea detenido de alguna manera en las acciones que quiere realizar, Argentina tendrá un crecimiento masivo de la economía y habrá mucha más prosperidad y optimismo sobre el futuro de la que hubo en los últimos 100 años”, añadió.
Mientras tanto, violentos enfrentamientos entre manifestantes y las fuerzas del orden se han registrado esta semana en las afueras del Congreso de Argentina tras la aprobación, en discusión general por el Senado, del proyecto de la Ley Bases, una extensa iniciativa que impulsa el gobierno Milei con el objetivo de profundizar el ajuste y desregular la economía. Ante los disturbios, el Gobierno argentino acusó a los manifestantes que protestaban contra la ley de intentar “perpetrar un golpe de Estado”, según un comunicado publicado en X por la oficina del presidente Milei. En el texto, felicitó “a las fuerzas de seguridad por su excelente accionar reprimiendo” a los ciudadanos –que tachó de “grupos terroristas”– que manifestaron su disidencia contra la política oficial.
