A professor shown the Franco Zefferelli’s version of Romeo and Juliet in our school auditorium and needless to say…I feel in love. A beautiful woman whose acting talent was incredible.
She starred in so many good movies especially the classic horror film Black Christmas she was such a talented actress an always gave so much energy to the film rolls she played in as well
She was the actress who portrayed my first taste of Juliette in Romeo and Juliet. It gave me my first insight into the world of Shakespeare, along with the fact she was just 8 years older than me at the time of playing Juliette! She was an amazingly talented actress, who’s performances over time portrayed her talent ever more
She was an amazing and beautiful actress. I recognized her role as Mother Mary in the 1977 Miniseries “Jesus of Nazareth”, and Juliet in “Romeo and Juliet”. She had loved animals so dearly and loved art and spiritually.
Dang, 73 is still young by today’s standard. She’s literally the most beautiful Juliet. She was the most beautiful actress as Juliet and will be forever missed. I adored her. Saw the film when I was a kid. I had the LP, the paperback, knew all the lines. My first intro to Shakespeare. R.I.P. to the legendary Olivia Hussey! We will never forget her iconic career!

Que en PAZ descanse. Una gran actriz.
Fun fact: She was featured in “The Jeweler’s Shop (1988)” a film version of a play written by Pope John Paul II.
Adios Olivia Osuna

It gave me my first insight into the world of Shakespeare, along with the fact she was just 8 years older than me at the time of playing Juliette! She was an amazingly talented actress, who’s performances over time portrayed her talent ever more
