O el obsecuente secretario con cargo de juez subrogante que fuera removido por mal desempeño, Ulpiano Martinez, quien se tomó 18 días desde mi detención para que una empleada contratada por la secretaría de derechos humanos (Susana Arrechea), me recibiera declaración.

A poco de cumplir mis primeros tres años en prisión preventiva, mi vida estuvo en manos de ONCE sucesivos y variados togados: 1-Alcindo Alvarez Canale, 2-Santiago Ulpiano Martinez, 3-Claudio Pontet, 4-Alejo Ramos Padilla, 5-María Gabriela Marrón, 6-Iara Silvestre, 7-Hector Plou, 8-Mirta Susana Filipuzzi, 9-Hector Plou (nuevamente) 10-Mirta Susana Filipuzzi (nuevamente) y 11-Walter López Da Silva. Estos dioses y los elevo en mi consideración, porque semidiós es poca cosa para ellos, pese a mis reiterados pedidos de elementos de la causa, a la fecha los sigo esperando. Quizás algún día alguno satisfaga mi irreverente requerimiento avalado por el Código de Procedimiento Penal, o no. Cuando llevaba nueve meses de detención o sea lo que se tarda en gestar un ser humano, el militante juez subrogante Ramos Padilla condescendientemente abrió dos sobres con documentación, que yo había entregado al momento de mi arresto.
Eso sí, no me permitió exponer nada en la videoconferencia ya que la deidad, o sea él, no disponía de tiempo.
UN VULGAR HUMANO
Luego ninguna de las mentes superiores que lo sucedieron, sintió interés alguno al respecto de mi entrega. Lógicamente la mayoría de estos irresponsables, como soy un vulgar y mortal humano, ni se enteró que yo existo. Destacable es cuando las divinidades fijan tiempo en minutos, para que expongamos y rebatamos sus abstractas inferencias colectadas como pruebas fehacientes. Lamentablemente los abusos son mansamente aceptados y cuando uno protesta o insiste, la mirada de estos dioses se vuelve cruel y se retiran del lugar. Las divinidades, llegado el momento reparten prisiones perpetuas como confites, ante el efusivo y ruidoso aplauso de los cortesanos y las cortesanas (asistentes a los juicios) de este territorio llamado Argentina. ¿Será justicia?
