El actor estadounidense Ryan O’Neal, una de las mayores estrellas mundiales de cine en la década de 1970, falleció este viernes a la edad de 82 años, se informó lcitando un comunicado publicado por el hijo del actor, Patrick O’Neal, en su cuenta de Instagram*.
“Mi papá ha muerto en paz hoy, con su amoroso equipo a su lado apoyándolo y amándolo como él lo haría con nosotros”, reza el texto, sin precisar la causa de la muerte. “Siempre ha sido mi héroe. Es una leyenda de Hollywood”, añade.
“Mi padre falleció pacíficamente hoy, con su querido equipo a su lado apoyándolo y amándolo como lo haría con nosotros”, publicó Patrick O’Neal, un comentarista deportivo de Los Ángeles, en Instagram.
No se dio ninguna causa de muerte. A Ryan O’Neal le diagnosticaron cáncer de próstata en 2012, una década después de que le diagnosticaran leucemia crónica por primera vez. Tenía 82 años.
