“La historia sin fin” es un film clásico del género infantil, en el cual se narra la historia de un niño llamado Bastián, quien escapa de su realidad leyendo un libro mágico llamado “La Historia Interminable”, en el cual el mundo de fantasía es amenazado con ser destruido por “la Nada”. Sin bien en la película la historia concluye, en realidad la misma nunca termina.
Esta historia bien podría convertirse en “lesa, la historia sin fin”.
Los retirados de todas las fuerzas escapan de la realidad, sumiéndose en un mundo de fantasía, donde la salvación a sus males será un milagro de algún político iluminado, amenazados por la nada misma que se esconde tras un “no es parte de mi agenda”. Esa utopía, que aceptan como verdad y la camuflan como información “A1”, la cual susurran como un fabuloso secreto que develan, los sumerge en la inacción, en la inmovilidad total.
Es verdaderamente un círculo vicioso, una historia interminable.
Lo cierto es que las causas judiciales siguen su curso a velocidad crucero, los jueces miran para otro lado y las imputaciones ya se han vuelto verdaderos disparates, que solo provocan algún gesto de piedad hacia quienes la sufren por parte de sus camaradas, pero sin que los mueva a algún movimiento público para visibilizar esta situación.
Como siempre decimos, ya no hay punto de inflexión que haga movilizar a los retirados.
El León que vociferó que venía a hacer un cambio cultural y que bramó cuando era candidato “que en los 70 hubo una guerra” y “que los 30.000 es mentira”, siguió los lineamientos de lo “políticamente correcto” en materia de “juicios de lesa”, es decir, continuar avalando esos “circos judiciales” en los cuales se violentan todas y cada una de los garantías procesales y constitucionales que protegen a cualquier ciudadano imputado en un proceso penal, menos a militares y policías en estas causas “de lesa”.
De anverso, hambrea con magros sueldos a los de actividad, no invierte un peso para modernizar las Fuerzas Armadas y sigue el desfalco en la Obra Social, la cual ya no cubre ni una aspirina. Lo mismo sucede con las fuerzas de seguridad, paupérrimos sueldos, equipos vetustos y encima los mandan a “cagar a palos” a los jubilados.
NO SERIA DE EXTRAÑAR QUE ANTE LA PROXIMIDAD DE LAS ELECCIONES DE MEDIO TIEMPO, EMPIECEN A CORRER VERSIONES DE QUE EL ANARCO-LIBERAL NECESITA DE LA MAYORIA EN EL PARLAMENTO PARA PODER HACER ALGO EN ESTOS “JUCIOS DE LESA”.
Seguramente algún ingenuo militar o policía le crea y lo vuelva a votar. No faltando los desaprensivos que digan: ¿“y… a quien vamos a votar…?”, lo que hace que los libertarios estén absolutamente convencidos de que pueden hacer lo que les plazca con las Fuerzas Armadas y de Seguridad, que igual los van a votar. Pensamiento que por ahora es absolutamente preciso y real.
El ”mundo lesa” se encuentra enclavado en un “eterno presente”, en una “interminable noche” que no ve el sol ni se lo avizora, en la cual la indiferencia, la pasividad y la inmovilidad son las únicas estrellas que brillan.
LAS SILLAS DE LAS SALAS DE AUDIENCIA SIGUEN VACIAS DE CAMARADAS Y A LOS ACTOS U HOMENAJES QUE SE REALIZAN, VAN LOS 10 O 15 DE SIEMPRE.
Ya cansa repetirlo, nadie va a pelear una guerra que sus propios interesados no pelean.
Tras más de 21 años de que comenzaron estas causas y los anuncios de que aún quedan para 20 o 30 años más de las mismas, con la impasividad del gobierno como hizo el del PRO, como la ya irritante quietud de los retirados: cuesta creer que todo esto alguna vez termine. Ni siquiera cuando todos los que pueden ser imputados estén muertos; pues como ya hemos referido en anteriores artículos, ahora quieren seguir con los procesos declarativos de lo que pasó, aunque quienes fueran sus presuntos responsables estén fallecidos o imposibilitados de ser enjuiciados.
Encima, como se advierte y desde esta columna lo venimos poniendo de manifiesto, ESTE GOBIERNO NO HIZO, NO HACE, NI HARA NADA AL RESPECTO. Se siente más que cómodo blandiendo la idea de que no se entrometen en la Justicia, y que, así como los militares Cristina también fue presa. Claro, lo que no dicen que esa falta de intromisión no se observa en la causa “Libra”, en la cual no hay avance alguno en nuestros Tribunales, casi se diría está en “punto muerto”: a la par que si avanza rápidamente en los Tribunales de EEUU, en la cual ya se menciona el nombre del Presidente y su hermana.
Claro, no hace falta que un gobierno “purgue” al Poder Judicial, este se acomoda solo y velozmente a los vientos políticos que corren. Ya la casta política se “avivó” hace tiempo del devenir de los togados y los libertarios no son una excepción a ello; al punto de haber querido llevar al Máximo Tribunal al jefe de la casta judicial.
No se puede negar que en el 2023 no había opción de a quién votar, por eso el actual gobierno ganó con el 56 % de los votos, con un discurso que la gran mayoría aceptó, asqueados de años de inmoralidad kirchneristas. Se sabía que estaba medio “pirucho” el de la motosierra, pero nunca se pensó que era para tanto.
Así, también es innegable que nada ha cambiado en nuestro país. Como se suele decir, es “más de lo mismo”, incluso en materia económica, donde en vez de un plan económico tenemos un claro experimento económico. Aunque en rigor de verdad, quizás el anarco-capitalismo es todo un experimento político, que nadie sabe dónde terminará.

Por supuesto que en vez de publicar en este portal de noticias sobre los abusos e iniquidades tanto hacia mi persona como así también las de otros prisioneros y de familiares de víctimas del terrorismo, que jamás actuaron con reciprocidad, preferiría acciones colectivas con el resto de los imputados, por lo menos para demostrar que estamos de pie. Primero porque la unión hace la fuerza, segundo porque no me gusta escribir, y tercero porque considero que con esto estamos “PELOTUDEANDO”, tal como le expresara mediante carta abierta a un heroico Coronel en el año 2017/18, pensando que él querría aglutinar uniformados (después de eso por supuesto cortamos la poca relación que existía y dejamos de publicar notas resaltando sus virtudes). Entenderá que por pertenecer yo a una institución menor como es la Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, policía no me escucharía ni un cabo de las fuerzas armadas. A mi humilde parecer la nuestra es una causa perdida por nuestra mansedumbre no diciendo ¡BASTA! y la libertad, en no mucho tiempo, llegará solo a través del cementerio como ya ha ocurrido en más de 900 oportunidades durante estas 2 décadas de detenciones a como den lugar. Reiterando mis felicitaciones por sus valientes escritos le hago llegar un cordial saludo, hasta el próximo jueves en que luego del receso invernal, se reinicia el interminable y tedioso juicio en el cual somos partes. Ahora bien, siendo parte del mundo paralelo en el cual estamos encerrados todos los imputados por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad, en él, salvo muy pocas excepciones) solo se escucha mencionar a los hombres de las fuerzas armadas como victimas de la injusticia, como combatientes y victimas del terrorismo, y cuanta lindeza anda suelta. Lo cual luego de años de favorecerlos A TODOS desde este portal de noticias que con mucho trabajo llevamos adelante con mi familia, sin que exista reciprocidad alguna, se agrega la omisión a los miembros de otras fuerzas. Por supuesto esto me tiene realmente harto ya que me parece una total falta de respeto y de allí que mas allá de remarcarlo en forma permanente a quien sea, me refiera a la policía como institución menor. Sé que no es así ya que trabajando en la calle desde el año 1967 viví y palpé el proceso que se producía en Argentina, antes de llegar al año en que las fuerzas armadas también salieran a la calle. Mas allá de ello es digno de mencionar que por cada militar asesinado por el terrorismo hubo 3 efectivos de las fuerzas de seguridad, que antes y después siguieron aportando la sangre de sus hombres a manos de la delincuencia común. “La historia sin fin” es un film clásico del género infantil, en el cual se narra la historia de un niño llamado Bastián, quien escapa de su realidad leyendo un libro mágico llamado “La Historia Interminable”, en el cual el mundo de fantasía es amenazado con ser destruido por “la Nada”. Sin bien en la película la historia concluye, en realidad la misma nunca termina.
Esta historia bien podría convertirse en “lesa, la historia sin fin”.
Los retirados de todas las fuerzas escapan de la realidad, sumiéndose en un mundo de fantasía, donde la salvación a sus males será un milagro de algún político iluminado, amenazados por la nada misma que se esconde tras un “no es parte de mi agenda”. Esa utopía, que aceptan como verdad y la camuflan como información “A1”, la cual susurran como un fabuloso secreto que develan, los sumerge en la inacción, en la inmovilidad total.
Es verdaderamente un círculo vicioso, una historia interminable.
Lo cierto es que las causas judiciales siguen su curso a velocidad crucero, los jueces miran para otro lado y las imputaciones ya se han vuelto verdaderos disparates, que solo provocan algún gesto de piedad hacia quienes la sufren por parte de sus camaradas, pero sin que los mueva a algún movimiento público para visibilizar esta situación.
Como siempre decimos, ya no hay punto de inflexión que haga movilizar a los retirados.
El León que vociferó que venía a hacer un cambio cultural y que bramó cuando era candidato “que en los 70 hubo una guerra” y “que los 30.000 es mentira”, siguió los lineamientos de lo “políticamente correcto” en materia de “juicios de lesa”, es decir, continuar avalando esos “circos judiciales” en los cuales se violentan todas y cada una de los garantías procesales y constitucionales que protegen a cualquier ciudadano imputado
en un proceso penal, menos a militares y policías en estas causas “de lesa”.
De anverso, hambrea con magros sueldos a los de actividad, no invierte un peso para modernizar las Fuerzas Armadas y sigue el desfalco en la Obra Social, la cual ya no cubre ni una aspirina. Lo mismo sucede con las fuerzas de seguridad, paupérrimos sueldos, equipos vetustos y encima los mandan a “cagar a palos” a los jubilados.
NO SERIA DE EXTRAÑAR QUE ANTE LA PROXIMIDAD DE LAS ELECCIONES DE MEDIO TIEMPO, EMPIECEN A CORRER VERSIONES DE QUE EL ANARCO-LIBERAL NECESITA DE LA MAYORIA EN EL PARLAMENTO PARA PODER HACER ALGO EN ESTOS “JUCIOS DE LESA”.
Seguramente algún ingenuo militar o policía le crea y lo vuelva a votar. No faltando los desaprensivos que digan: ¿“y… a quien vamos a votar…?”, lo que hace que los libertarios estén absolutamente convencidos de que pueden hacer lo que les plazca con las Fuerzas Armadas y de Seguridad, que igual los van a votar. Pensamiento que por ahora es absolutamente preciso y real.
El ”mundo lesa” se encuentra enclavado en un “eterno presente”, en una “interminable noche” que no ve el sol ni se lo avizora, en la cual la indiferencia, la pasividad y la inmovilidad son las únicas estrellas que brillan.
LAS SILLAS DE LAS SALAS DE AUDIENCIA SIGUEN VACIAS DE CAMARADAS Y A LOS ACTOS U HOMENAJES QUE SE REALIZAN, VAN LOS 10 O 15 DE SIEMPRE.
Ya cansa repetirlo, nadie va a pelear una guerra que sus propios interesados no pelean.
Tras más de 21 años de que comenzaron estas causas y los anuncios de que aún quedan para 20 o 30 años más de las mismas, con la impasividad del gobierno como hizo el del PRO, como la ya irritante quietud de los retirados: cuesta creer que todo esto alguna vez termine. Ni siquiera cuando todos los que pueden ser imputados estén muertos; pues como ya hemos referido en anteriores artículos, ahora quieren seguir con los procesos declarativos de lo que pasó, aunque quienes fueran sus presuntos responsables estén fallecidos o imposibilitados de ser enjuiciados.
Encima, como se advierte y desde esta columna lo venimos poniendo de manifiesto, ESTE GOBIERNO NO HIZO, NO HACE, NI HARA NADA AL RESPECTO. Se siente más que cómodo blandiendo la idea de que no se entrometen en la Justicia, y que, así como los militares Cristina también fue presa. Claro, lo que no dicen que esa falta de intromisión no se observa en la causa “Libra”, en la cual no hay avance alguno en nuestros Tribunales, casi se diría está en “punto muerto”: a la par que si avanza rápidamente en los Tribunales de EEUU, en la cual ya se menciona el nombre del Presidente y su hermana.
Claro, no hace falta que un gobierno “purgue” al Poder Judicial, este se acomoda solo y velozmente a los vientos políticos que corren. Ya la casta política se “avivó” hace tiempo del devenir de los togados y los libertarios no son una excepción a ello; al punto de haber querido llevar al Máximo Tribunal al jefe de la casta judicial.
No se puede negar que en el 2023 no había opción de a quién votar, por eso el actual gobierno ganó con el 56 % de los votos, con un discurso que la gran mayoría aceptó, asqueados de años de inmoralidad kirchneristas. Se sabía que estaba medio “pirucho” el de la motosierra, pero nunca se pensó que era para tanto.
Así, también es innegable que nada ha cambiado en nuestro país. Como se suele decir, es “más de lo mismo”, incluso en materia económica, donde en vez de un plan económico tenemos un claro experimento económico. Aunque en rigor de verdad, quizás el anarco-capitalismo es todo un experimento político, que nadie sabe dónde terminará.

Lo cual luego de años de favorecerlos A TODOS desde este portal de noticias que con mucho trabajo llevamos adelante con mi familia, sin que exista reciprocidad alguna, se agrega la omisión a los miembros de otras fuerzas. Por supuesto esto me tiene realmente harto ya que me parece una total falta de respeto y de allí que mas allá de remarcarlo en forma permanente a quien sea, me refiera a la policía como institución menor.
